Great central location

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location! We had a family room which came with a small kitchen although no kettle provided, just a coffee machine.
Cons: The beds were a bit lumpy and a kettle would have been useful.
Location: Perfectly located for literally everything. We walked to the embankment & the London Eye, then Piccadilly & Leicester Square the other way & Buck Hse!
Was really pleased with the location. Although we were too early to check in the hotel kindly looked after our bags so we could go out without the hassles. We had no problems, room was adequate & clean.

Excellent and Brilliant Hotel for Central London

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: From the moment I entered the Hotel we were warmly welcomed. The staff can speak many languages and nothing was to much trouble for them.
Location: Many things to do visit the National Gallery or visit Madame Tussauds and the London Eye. Transport is available yards away from Hotel.
A wonderful Hotel centrally situated near Nelsons Column and the National Gallery. Transport links are plenty and close to the Hotel. I went with 2 children and 2 adults

Ideal location in central London

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Coffee in rooms, ice machines, proximity to theatres.
Cons: Fine as it is.
Location: Theatres, National Gallery, shops, St James Park, South Bank.
Very good location off a side street below Trafalgar Square near old scotland yard and leading down to the embankment/river. Check in/out very quick via a machine! Not seen this anywhere else. Some nice touches such as a room on second floor with 4 computers and printers to allow you to print a e ticket. Rooms have a small expresso machine to make tea and real coffee. Bottles and ice supplied in the corridors to take out with you good as water is expensive to buy in London. Very close to a lot of theatres and covent garden and piccadilly. Charing Cross station is minutes away. Breakfast was nice if a little slow and a la carte can be ordered.

Nice hotel with a great location!

Posted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: Location!!!!
Cons: The rooms have been nicely renovated but they need to change the lighting. It is a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, the decor, etc. is very nice.
Location: Close to everything in London!
The room was quite nice with the exception of the 'too bright' lighting (cold white energy efficient lights). The location is absolutely perfect. You are half a block from Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, a few more blocks to the theatre district, etc. The restaurant and lounge is good. The wifi is excellent and always had a strong signal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here next time we are in London.

A Special Night

Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: The kindness of the staff.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Trafalgar Square
We booked to show my nephew and his girlfriend from America what a wonderful town London is. They, like us, were treated so well and when they found out he had proposed that they pullled out all the stops. A very special time for us all.

Ideal Location

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Checkin area is not very big with 2 small desks, can be confusing where to stand to get noticed.
A good quality hotel located ideally for Covent Garden, Piccadilly, Westminster etc, closest tube station to hotel only 5 mins walk. Great for a weekend stay.
