Handy location for Kings Cross

Posted Jul 11, 2015
Less than 10 mins walk from Kings Cross and Russell Square. Hotel has 4 rooms above a gastro pub. Staff were very welcome and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Full English breakfast was enormous and very well cooked. If you need somewhere near Kings Cross then The Harrison is recommended.

Good value in excellent location

Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: The size of the room was good for London standards and it was serviced every day.
Cons: We had not slept in a double bed for a while so it took some adjusting.
Location: While the local area is not flash there are many small hotels nearby. We liked it because of its proximity to Kings Cross / St Pancras.
The Harrison is small popular community pub only 10 minutes from Kings Cross/St Pancras station. The pub has a basement for music and comedy shows. The pub had some good priced pub food and an excellent range of beers. There are only 4 rooms above the pub with a climb up two flights of stairs. The breakfasts are excellent. Close by is Russel Street Metro station and a good size shopping centre called The Brunswick only 10 minutes walk away. We used an Oyster travel card for the transport system which was easy to use and also to top up. There is a good tourist information centre in the Kings Cross/ St Pancras station.

Nice hotel walking distance from Kings Cross

Posted Jun 14, 2015
The hotel was pleasant; it is above a bar, but from my room I could not hear any bar activities. The entrance was not apparent, and when we were initially dropped off we weren't certain we were in the correct location. However, the staff were very friendly and our stay was wonderful.

Uriges kleines Pub-Hotel mit Wohlfühl-Faktor

Posted May 24, 2015
Pros: Service, Atmosphäre, Frühstück, Lage
Cons: Matratze
Location: 3 Minuten Fussweg vom Bahnhof St. Pancras/King's Cross. In der Nähe u.a.

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Der nette Service, das leckere, große Frühstück. Gemütlich, urig eingerichtetes Zimmer. Nah gelegen an der Undergroundstation King`s Cross
Location: In der Nähe von King`s Cross/St.Pancras. Somit gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrmittel.

Un Bed and Breakfast fuori dal normale

Posted Apr 29, 2015

Very convenient and friendly place to stay

Posted Apr 21, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed one night for business meetings. Good place for access to Underground. Don't expect lie in as the brewery deliveries are pretty loud around 7.30 - 9am Very helpful and friendly staff. Had wifi and heating problems in the room, which was resolved. Good breakfast included, with choice of foods - be warned, they bring everything you order at once! Great food for evening meal, served in your room or bar, which is also a music venue, so has lots of atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Weekend in London

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: The fact that it is above a lively pub on a rugby weekend in London was a real asset to my trip.
Location: Very convenient for St Pancras station, access to the underground and a multitude of bars and restaurants all in walking distance
This is not a real hotel, but a nice set of rooms above a pub that has live music and good food, a little bit of heaven for a very relaxing weekend. That said, since the pub closes and the patrons were well behaved, it was ideal for me.
