Great hotel,Good LocationPosted Nov 21, 2014
Location: Location is excellent, close to High St Kensington tube.Museums are close by.Lots of nice varied restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy 1 minute walk.
The Hotel is in a great location ,close to Kensington High street tube. One minute walk.Lots of good restaurants within a short walk. The Hotel check in was very speedy. Our room was a newly refurbished double.Very comfortable bed.Good T.V. Tea and Coffee making facilities. The Bathroom had a nicely fitted shower, albeit quite small but perfectly adequate. The room was unbelievably quiet. No traffic noise whatsoever! So all in all it really does get a ten out of ten.We will certainly be using them again.Hope this helps!!

Nice central hotelPosted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous.
Cons: A bit more comfort in the bedrooms. i.e. comfortable chairs to sit on.
Location: We visited Kensington Palace; walking distance. Westfield Shopping centre; buses very easy. Tube to the Tower of London a Trip up the river with lunch
We were very disappointed when we found our room. We had looked forward to the luxury of a four star hotel bedroom. We had booked through a discounted system and it felt like it. However we were able to upgrade the next day and had a better room which made all the difference.

Nice hotel close to work and leisurePosted Nov 21, 2014
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we enjoyed the pool and leisure facilities however we were a bit disappointed that the cv equipment in the gym was out of use, due to a water leak which according to some of the members that we spoke to, has been out of use for some time.

Excellent central location in KensingtonPosted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: Excellent central location. Good facilities. Staff were efficient & heplful without being pushy. The room was clean and in very good condition.
Cons: I would have been a bit miffed at the price for the extras (spa, wifi etc) if I had used them.
Location: Very convenient for Kensingson high Street and central London in general
Excellent central location with good quality facilities. Staff were efficient and heplful without being pushy. The room was clean and in very good condition and the food (breakfast) was good. The basic room price was good value given that this is central London, but I would have been a bit miffed at the price for the extras (spa, wifi etc) if I had used them.

Good location with easy access to get aroundPosted Nov 18, 2014
Cons: room size???
Location: easy to go around by tube, 5 minutes to High Street Kensington Station, and 5 minutes to high street for shops
Room is quite small for two adults, buffet breakfast was sufficient and plenty of variety. As for business trip, it was a good choice.

Great value for a very central positionPosted Nov 17, 2014
Only fault was that our room was not serviced following the first night, we had to ask for it to be done but this was done whilst we were out on the following evening. The staff were very polite, could not do enough for you. We will be back

Close to everythingPosted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Fabulous access to anything you would need.
Cons: Size of rooms.
Location: Odeon movie theatre, shops (Marks and Spencer, H&M, Topshop, Miss Sixty, Urban Outfitters, etc), Kensington Gardens, Kensington Palace, food!
Right from the get go, I'll warn you that the rooms are very small--especially by American standards. Probably would not be the most comfortable if you are traveling with a friend or acquaintance, as opposed to a spouse/partner, or if you are a larger person. Bed is comfortable, but pretty tricky to squeeze around it. Internet is not free; current cost was 9.99 pounds/24 hours. That being said, rooms are clean, bathroom and shower are comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. We did not eat bfast in the hotel, but they have a great coffee bar in the lounge. Great access to a variety of restaurants, shops, churches, Whole Foods, movie theatre, and Kensington Palace on High Street Kensington. Tube/Underground station is just a 3 minute walk down the road. Cute tea shop called "The Muffin Man" right across the street from hotel. We would definitely stay here again...but only if the two of us were traveling alone, and not with our kids.

Good hotel close to tubePosted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: Stayed before and returned. For London this was reasonably priced. Is convenient to HIgh street Kensington tube.
Cons: Have no comments on this.
Location: As mentioned above, I was interested in a hotel room for 2 nights in an area I felt safe. Was not looking for activities but rather was attending O2.
I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful. I did not use the restaurant. Well recommended.
