Great London Hotel!!Posted Oct 12, 2013
Pros: Location, service, amenities.
Cons: It is a bit pricey, but worth it.
Location: Very close to Marylebone Station. Baker Street station is just a few blocks away. Marylebone High Street is great for shopping and dining.
We've stayed at the Landmark on more than one trip to London. It is a large and beautiful hotel with an upscale feel. The location in Marylebone near the tube/train station is a bonus with the Baker Street Tube a short walk away also. Marylebone High Street is great for shopping and dining and is a short stroll from the hotel. Service is always great at the Landmark. You feel pampered while there. We're sure to stay there again.

Good hotel, great locationPosted Aug 6, 2013
Pros: Room, mirror bar
Location: Fantastic, close to tube really easy to get around London from.
Great hotel in fantastic location. Two small points, we asked on two separate occasions for decaf tea to be brought up to the room (partner pregnant) and both times after saying they would, no tea arrived. I also asked for the morning paper and again no paper in the morning. Small points I know but when dealing with a 5 star hotel you expect the small things to be taken care of. The mirror bar is fantastic and a must try.

Another Outstanding ExperiencePosted Jul 24, 2013
Pros: Location, room size, amenities, staff.
Cons: Fully meets or exceeds expectations.
Location: See above.
My wife and I enjoyed our fourth extended stay at The Landmark and agree we will continue to stay there on all future trips to London. Everything about the hotel exceeds expectation. The rooms are spacious and amenities plentiful. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect with the Marylebone train/tube station right outside the back entrance, numerous pubs/restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of attractions such as Regent's Park, Madame Toussaint's, Sherlock Holmes Museum, the zoo, and more. We would highly recommend The Landmark to anyone wishing to enjoy a 5-star hotel experience. You won't be disappointed.

Very comfortable and immaculate room - friendly and helpful staff, a great place to stay, if a tad expensive.

Simply OutstandingPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Whilst only staying one night my wife and I were able to sample the spa, the Winter Garden Restaurant and the Mirror Bar as well as our sumptuous room. The hotel itself is beautiful and so different compared to other inner city hotels we have stayed in, though in a very good way. The light which streams through the glass roof, and then for us into our executive room window, really accentuates the detail in the sandstone architecture. However, the beauty of the hotel is a distant second to the staff who work within it. Every member of staff we came into contact with, even if just getting into the same elevator as us, gave a pleasant and sincere smile in a very relaxed and refreshing atmosphere. For us, the whole experience was exceptional and we have stayed at the Savoy (before the refurb), the Langham and Claridges with the Landmark being our new favourite.

I have stayed at many places but the landmark has to be the finest and nicest hotel . Staff, service , food and decor could not have been better . Any future trips to London will always include time at the landmark hotel . I couldn't recommend anything better
