CENTRALLY LOCATED AWESOME HOTELPosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Service, food, accessibility
Cons: The rooms look a bit old BUT I guess that is the charm of London
What a lovely hotel - we had never stayed at a Langham but had heard good things. Well let me tell you it out performed our every expectation. Service - impeccable! Food - fabulous!; Accessibility to central London - unparalleled! We stayed at the club level and it was ABSOLUTELY worth it. Would recommend this hotel with NO reservations AT ALL. DeepakC

Great place to stay in LondonPosted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Pretty much everything you would want from a luxury hotel - even 24-hr room service!
Cons: It would have been nice if there were a more relaxed bar/lounge to spend time without having to pay for club level.
Location: My wife and I love to walk, so we found it easy to get around and walk to the main shopping and restaurant areas as well as the main tourist sites
Luxurious accommodations, more than helpful staff! Tea time at the Langham should not be missed!

I arrived very drunk but he staff were nicePosted Jun 21, 2014
I can't remember anything. I really can't - it was a big hotel and my bar bill was more than the room - that's a good sign.

Booking messPosted Jun 20, 2014
Pros: They gave me a complimentary breakfast after I requested it.
Cons: Interface with Expedia, their booking system reliability. If they can't do this, they could at least improve their value for money.
Booked hotel at last minute via expedia. Turned up at hotel just before midnight to find they were overbooked. Waited till 1.15am before they found me a room. Slept 5.5 hours before having to get up to leave the hotel. So overall not impressed that I was waiting in their reception and not being a room (equivalent to more than £1 a minute of value wasted). When I came to check out their system was down so I couldn't check out as normal.

Indulgent Girls' Weekend AwayPosted May 23, 2014
Pros: The luxurious nature of the hotel, from the decor, to the chocolates on my pillow, to the complimentary glass of champagne in the bar.
Cons: Having a sweet tooth, I would have enjoyed a biscuit with my tea while in my room. :)
Location: On Regent Street, the hotel is very handy for shopping and Oxford Circus. Taxi cabs were very easy to find if you wanted to go a little further.
The first thing which impresses on arrival at The Langham, was the beautiful rose perfume which greets you before you have even entered the hotel. My travel companions and myself wished we could take the smell away with us when we left! The gentlemen who took our luggage from us as we exited the taxi were courteous and charming. They had delivered our luggage to our rooms by the time we had checked in and made our way upstairs. The reception staff were very friendly, while remaining professional and check in and check out were both seamless. As I was staying at The Langham as part of a busy girls' weekend in London, I was unable to enjoy the facilities which the hotel offers, which is a real shame, as everything looked so wonderful! We didn't eat in the hotel, however enjoyed our cocktails in the bar before heading out in the evening. The bar staff were good fun and we enjoyed our complimentary glass of champagne while we browsed their unusual cocktail menu. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom are lovely and they made me really wish I were staying longer so that I could visit the hotel spa! Finally, the location is ideal, with Regent Street around the corner as you exit the hotel. I would be most delighted to return to The Langham and would happily recommend it to others.

The Langham was beautifully designed and makes you feel like you are right at home. Great afternoon tea at their restaurant. I will definetly return the next time I'm in London!

Felt like royalty!Posted Apr 28, 2014
Cons: Bigger rooms
Location: Great location! Literally down the street from the famous shopping street oxford circle and close to most major attractions as well
I've stayed in other 5-star hotels and never treated like a princess! From the moment We set foot on their property to the day we had to leave, they have indeed provided us with 5-star services! Their rooms are excellent too, quite small if compared to normal US hotels but very nice and elegant-looking. Two thumbs up!
