Pros: although the room wasn't big it had all that is needed and the bed was comfortable
Cons: not sure
Location: A couple of blocks away from the subway or bus stop
We wee expecting a larger hotel but it was a nice small hotel with helpful staff and clean.

Very convenient location for a visitor to London

Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Location is super.
Cons: A refrigirator would be a good addition.
This was my first experience to seelct a hotel in London. I made the perfect choice. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The location is superb. It is close to all services and away from noisy streets. You have to walk for ten minutes from the nearest underground station, which is not a problem if you are a tourist. I stayed in this hotel with my wife, daughter, and son-in-law. We all enjoyed it. In fact, my wife and daughter returned to the same hotel in a second visit to London.

Good location but that's about it

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Room size (Club Room) and facility very much like the budget Ibis Hotel in York. No minibar. Annoying lighting at entry and window. Noisy door. Poor quality iron - and there are limited numbers too. Scalding hot water during shower at every 10 second or so interval.

Surprising Gem in Amstersam

Posted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: Everything! But remember if you want a high tea experience you must book a least 24 hours in advance.
Cons: Place on your website about High Tea 24 hr booking in advance.
Location: Within walking distance to the market to Heinken Brewery, short taxi rides to Gassier Diamonds, red light district and canal rides.
At first was a little hesident but what a gem of a place. The room we had was 807 in -1 level it was delightful, comfortable and a large bathroom hooray! The dinning and bar area was well presented staff friendly and attentive. Food selection was also good, difficult food dietary need was handled with ease.

Small rooms big price tag

Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: Leaving
Cons: Staff attitude, restaurant menus and standard
Location: Plenty of eating establishments up the road, Albert museum in walking distance, lovely afternoon tea served across the road at The Kengsington a Hotel
Expedia description does not match the accommodation. No fridge in rooms everything anve London prices room very small Eastern European staff have bad attitude. Restaurant menus over priced and substandard. Plenty of eating establishments up the road towards the station.

Stayed 12 nights Aug 2014. 5 minute walk to S. Kensington Tube, ATMs, restaurants. Staff very accommodating, professional but friendly. Hotel looks like it was recently renovated. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Location
Cons: Put a refrigerator and provide body and face lotion, and a shower cap. It would be nice to have plates in the room
Location: Great museums, Kensington Garden and Kensington Palace, Hyde Park
Room was very small and without refrigerator. No body lotion and no shower cap provided. Internet and breakfast provided for additional cost
