On the door step of museums & shops & restaurants

Pros: fantastic location, clean, staff were helpful and very professional they made you feel special without been obtrusive.
Cons: Swimming pool should be free to guests.
Night away with family with ages ranging ranging from 4yrs old to 57yr old. Had the best time ever. Hotel superbly located, staff welcoming & professional. We had a family room which was possibly the largest room I have ever had at a very reasonable price, slippers & dressing gowns provided. All superb.

Nice hotel with GREAT breakfast.

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: Location, hospitality, breakfast and tea with biscuits in the room with the fruit at the front desk.
Cons: More biscuits please!
Location: Harrods and Piccadilly Lines with good restaurants that are open late. OK for those of you with kids there is a McDs.
The room was a typical size for London, but the breakfast and hospitality were amazing! Remember to bring your key with you everywhere because you also need it for the lifts. Excellent hotel and easy access to the Piccadilly Line (Blue Line) and Harrods. For late night foodies there are a lot of varieties being offered in the neighborhood.

Very Happy with The Rembrandt

This was a perfect choice. Great location. Awesome staff and customer service. Daily breakfast was great. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to/from the South Kensington tube station. Museums and Harrods within walking distance. Hotel bar staff were awesome. You must go in an visit them for a drink. There is nothing bad I can say about our stay here!

Fabulous weekend

Posted Apr 16, 2014
Pros: Location and friendliness of staff
Cons: different rates for the swimming pool as £7.50 per person was the daily rate but we only used for one hour and there was no reduction
From the moment you enter the hotel you receive a warm welcome. The hotel and rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good with excellent selection. The room we had was lovely soft fluffy towels very comfortable bed and view from window was the Victoria and Albert museum. The location of the hotel was very close to the underground lots of coffee shops and places to eat, fantastic base to see London. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Lovely hotel in a good location

Posted Apr 15, 2014
The hotel was in a very handy location between Knightsbridge and South Kensington underground stations and with a bus stop just outside. It was also within walking distance of many attractions and parks. The hotel seemed recently decorated and the room was very clean and comfortable with unexpected extras such as a small balcony and whirlpool bath. The only slight issue was that we found the staff at breakfast a little robotic rather than friendly, and the service at breakfast also varied; we had to ask for hot drinks after nobody came near us on one morning.

Noising

Posted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: Not that much
Cons: Change the floor or lower the star grad to 3
Location: It's OK for shopper,
We stayed room 437 for six days, was terrible floor noise and bathroom door and toilet are in the wrong setting, the design problems, in order to get ride of the loud floor noise, it have to replace the floor under the carpet which the hotel would not to do, we wish the hotel inform all booking clients that we can make our choice before it's too late feeling!!!, the room is club room, relatively big but nothing special about and smells,

Great central london location. Nice staff. A little too warm and noisy at the front of building. Very handy for south kensington nightlife. C

Convenient. Good breakfast and lunch. Easy walk to V&A museum, Harrods, Kensington Palace, Knightsbridge, Sloan Square. Dropped off my shopping quickly and then continued shopping. Easy to ride U-tube and find taxi across the street. Great value.
