Comfortable and feels a bit like home.Posted Sep 22, 2014
Everything was nice except the wifi is a big issue. I had to sign in at around 5-10 times a day. No coffee or tea in room. The staff is very accommodating.

Wonderful boutique hotel near Paddington StationPosted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: The staff and the beautiful room.
Cons: If one orders a bucket of ice, please fill the bucket.
Location: Residential location yet, close enough to Paddington station to get anywhere you wanted to go.
Staff was very helpful. Ronnie was there to help at every turn. Omar the car driver was extremely nice while being professional. An overall lovely stay. Will recommend to others considering travel to London.

Nice hotel, great locationPosted Sep 5, 2014
We booked this hotel for our last day of a two week tour of Europe. We chose it primarily due to its proximity to Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens/ Palace. It was very close not only to these locations but also great shopping (Harrod's and others). The room itself was clean & the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a tub and real shower as well as two sinks which is a definite plus. Although it was the smallest room we had stayed in during our vacation we were staying only one day and night so it was perfectly adequate for our purposes. The hotel looked to be maybe 100 years old and was very charming and although a bit pricey for the room size etc; I'd guess that is due to its location. Over all a very nice place that I'd definitely recommend for short durations.

Give it a wide berthPosted Sep 5, 2014
The rooms are very small. There are no tea & coffee making facility's in the room. The floor boards in the rooms up above squeak which makes it very hard to have a good nights sleep.

Rooms a bit datedPosted Aug 25, 2014
Staff friendly. Was in a basement room 507. Clean but a bit dated. Sheets not duvets. Loud noises coming out of airvent for about 10 minutes for no reason in the middle of the night which woke me up.

Hyde park area HotelPosted Aug 9, 2014
small boutique hotel, very clean, helpful staff, good location, walking distance from lancaster gate tube stop and good restaurants nearby. Staff able to help with theatre tickets, tours of the city which was helpful. Walking distance from Paddington station where Heathrow express from airport stops.
