“Wonderful hotel”

We were warmly welcomed and taken care of the minute we arrived. The concierge greeted us like family and took care of all our needs and questions. The staff was warm and friendly, the rooms were extremely comfortable and no two rooms appear to be alike, yet all are gems. It is located in an ideal location for sightseeing, dining, the theatre-we walked everywhere from the Stafford though there is also a subway very close to the hotel. I hope I have a chance to go back to London and to the Stafford!

“We had such a lovely time in Stafford”

We had such a lovely time in Stafford Hotel. The room was not big but very nice and comfortable, with king-size bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom had all modern conveniences. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the best part was the location. It practically located in the backyard of the Buckingham Palace, 5 minutes to walk to Piccadilly Square and 2 minutes to Green Park tube station. I will choose this hotel for my next visit to London.

“No reason to stay anywhere else”

We always stay in the Stafford. Can't think of a reason to stay anywhere else.

“great hotel”

We had our toddler and they were very accomodating. They upgraded us to a larger room to give some extra space. There was even a rubber ducky in the bathtub. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable. It was very close to tons of attractions which made it easy for my wife to go back with our son to take a nap.

“For the sophistiated traveler”

Having grown up in London I know the city and its hotels very well. This is the one place that has it all without being pretentious. I won't stay anywhere else.

Great location, walking distance to most attractions. Quiet side street. Great staff. Excellent restaurant and bar. Room is large by euro standards.

“The Stafford was lovely!!!”

I stayed at the Stafford a few weeks ago, for 5 nights, while visiting with my daughter in London. The Stafford is delightful in every way!!! One of the most beautifully decorated lobby's I've seen - Elegant, classic but very "new". The room was lovely!! Very comfortable in practicality and in ambience. Wonderful staff - Top notch - Very friendly, helpful and cheery!! Just great!

“Great.....except for the construction”

Hidden gem in London on a quiet side street by St. James Palace, and close to The Ritz Hotel and Bond Street. Very comfortable room in the courtyard/mews area. Had a nice stay, but would have appreciated having advance warning about the construction/renovation in the lobby area. That said, the American Bar is one of my favorite little spots in London...the perfect end to a long day or the start of a great evening.

“Good but old”

Excellent location and service, however it looks now its time to renovate the old building.
