    “Don't use the phone”

    Local calls at 3.25 pounds per minute! Hotel was very dark and a bit dreary. Location is good. Staff was unable to charge the correct credit card even after multiple requests. Good location. Caution - Cabs do not recognize the hotel.

    “The best experience ever”

    I was travelling with my mother and my daugther (11 years) and had booked the hotel through Expedia. The hotel had only registered one guest, but arranged a larger room and x-tra bed for us, while serving a dring in their fantastic bar. Service was the best ever. The room was large, clean and wonderful with direct view to Trafalgar square. Breakfast buffet was marvelous with life music and the most friendly service. I will love to go back for a stay at The Trafalgar and have already recommended it to several of my friends. It is worth every penny. Location can't be better! Close to everything in London.
