really lovely hotel with outstanding breakfast. Good location and excellent service. On one day our room had not been cleaned by four pm but a quick call resulted in this being attended to immediately. Would certainly stay again.

We loved this hotel. The service was great. The concierge staff went out of their way to help us with every detail to get where we wanted to go. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do in London, walking distance to the theatre, covent gardens, and public transportation. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated. We would highly recommend this property.

“Excellent hotel with fantastic staff”

Our stay was superb - from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The 2 rooms I had booked for myself, husband, son and daughter in law were both excellent - 516 and 517. Very clean, quiet and comfortable and tastefully decorated. There were gowns and slippers in the room along with tea/coffee making facilities, iron and board and a safe. I would not hesitate in booking and staying at this hotel again. All of the staff were excellent and their customer service was very professional. All were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was also excellent - lots of choice and nice hot plates for the full English. The hotel is in an excellent location for all tourist places of interest - within walking distance of the Lyceum Theatre and not too far from Buckingham Palace. I stay in lots of hotels 4/5 star all over the world and I have got to say this hotel 'knocks the spots' of most.

“Such Luxury”

From the moment we arrived at 10am to leave our luggage and they told us our room was available, it was fabulous. Beautiful decor, gorgeous room, as much breakfast as you could eat and such a selection on the buffet breakfast, you don't need to eat again until evening. The staff were the most helpful and polite people. Thank you so much.

“Great hotel in a quite and central area”

Traveled to London for leisure and stayed for 9 nights at the Waldorf. The room was a great size and bigger than most London hotel standards. The housekeeping and turn down service was very much appreciated. This particular booking included free breakfast, this was a great deal because the hot/ cold breakfast was exceptionally delicious and served in a beautiful room. The room service was fairly priced and were very prompt and accommodating. The only down side of my stay was that internet hook up in the room was very expensive. This hotel was perfect for me because I wanted to be close to the LSE campus in Aldwych, which was right around the corner, and be situated in a quite area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Perfect Location...”

We've been going to London regularly for many years and really only discovered The Waldorf Hilton a couple of years ago, when our usual hotel was totally booked.. This is such a great location as well as a fine hotel, that my husband insists that we never again stay anywhere else! Nearly everywhere one would want to go is within walking distance.

Excellent location and very similar to an American Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very near to several tube stations and located right in the theatre district along with late night pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Ideal London location so handy to theatres, shops and everything we needed. Food and service excellent in the hotel but if you wanted a change of venue lots of variety within a short walking distance. Will certainly stay here again.

Stayed for six nights in late Feb. room felt more like a bedroom than a hotel room. Very modern bathroom, lots of glass, and spacious. Wall mounted flat panel TV was great extra. Used hotel's pricey internet service; it was reliable. This place has a great location as it is flanked by theaters and numerous restaurants. Covent Garden is 3-4 minutes.
