This was a wonderful hotel. It was so quiet and relaxing, but really close to the City Center by the tube.

Good hotelPosted Nov 22, 2014
Pros: Rooms, bar and dining room were full of character.
Cons: Signage for rooms could be improved slightly and lighting in the dining room.
Location: It is easy to get into London from here as Clapham Junction station is very convenient.
The Windmill hotel is in a very good position. Rooms are beautifully decorated with nice touches. Staff are very helpful.

Business TripPosted Nov 6, 2014
Cons: had a problem with my TV channels (Sky) not working properly..
Location: Clapham has evrything you need
Been staying at this hotel for many years now and have seen a few changes ( for the better). It is an ideal Hotel to stay, with a nice atmosphere and well positioned for my head office and of course Clapham, where you have a good choice of eating places. Seems a little exspensive on the room rates, but it's London.

Lovely hotelPosted Oct 25, 2014
Pros: Brilliant decor, lovely staff,
Location: Brixton Academy.
Chosen to be convenient to Brixton Academy for a gig but surpassed it's brief. The staff were really friendly, the rooms were well decorated and it wasn't super noisy as some hotels have been when we have stayed in London, so it ended up being a good break away just for the hotel. Loved it, we'll be back.

Nice settingPosted Oct 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
I loved being able to have access to Clapham Common. The hotel is a maze, but a nice play to stay. The restaurant and pub are highlights as well. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location.Posted Oct 24, 2014
We enjoyed a 2 night stay with breakfast included. We were made to feel very welcome right from our arrival with the friendly receptionist greeting us and explaining everything we needed to know. The room was clean and comfortable with all requirements catered for and well presented. We ate in the bar on the 1st evening with family visiting dining with us. There was a nice selection including vegetarian and the food was delicious when served by the friendly staff. Breakfast also offered a wide selection and was again delicious. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
