Great locationPosted Dec 2, 2013
The receptionist staff were so pleasant and helpful. The studio apartment was great and had all the comforts from home. The location is great and everything is all walkable failing that the train station/tube is 11 minute walk away, and it's on a good bus route. My only moans were the bed was very uncomfortable! I had to flip the mattress over which in many ways I wish I had not.....! The cleanliness of the place is good but could be better. I did say about cobwebs on the curtains. It would also be good if house keeping replaced the teas and milks excreta on a daily basis. I would definitely stay here again so although I've a few gripes overall it's worth the stay here! I'll be back.

Nice for long stay in London, great neighborhoodPosted Oct 21, 2013
Cons: Doors need to be set up so that do not slam shut. The bedrooms could use with a bit more space, but that will not be possible with current design.
Apartment was large enough for our needs (1 bedroom unit). Units were quite, save the doors that slam. Apartment was clean and everything worked without problem. WIFI had a strong signal and was reliable. Hotel surrounded by some great pubs. 10 minute walk to the tube at London Bridge. 15 minute walk to Tower Bridge. 20 minute walk to the Tate Modern. Lover the location and recommend strongly for others.

Quality has suffered....Posted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: location is good, lots of restaurants around.
Cons: cleanliness and customer service at front desk.
This is the fourth or fifth time I have stayed at this apartment complex. It was a great place during my first visit (maybe two years ago), but the rooms are getting quite beaten up. The floors border on being dirty and the sheets are quite old. The bar of soap they provide is so tiny it's ridiculous.

Fantastic StayPosted Sep 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
I booked this room for a long weekend and think it's one of the best places I've stayed in London. Very easy to find from London Bridge (10 minute walk) and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was brilliant; clean, modern and though it was a studio apartment we never felt like we were short of space. Amazingly comfy bed, washing machine and dish washer, modern shower, toiletries...I really cannot fault this place. It is a little expensive but I managed to get a great deal so definitely one to keep in mind should you be in London.

Sweltering HeatPosted Sep 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
While the rooms are compact, they are clean and cleverly laid out with modern furnishings and fittings. There is, however a useless little white box on the wall, with temperature controls and programs and modes. An air conditioning thermostat, let's call it. I call it useless since it didn't actually control the air conditioning, so aside from opening the Juliet balcony for the whole night, my room stayed at a remarkably tropical 29.5 degrees.

I chose the place because of its close proximity to Guys' hospital. Stayed in an open planned apartment with cooking stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, dish washer and etc. The room was very warm in the summer even with the fan turned on full, about 30 degree Celsius most of the time. I kept the room door open through out the day to cool the room down. The fan was broken in the middle of my first night and could only had it replaced the next morning. The TV comes with DVD player BUT it was locked so was the HDMI input channel! I was told by the reception that both could not be unlocked. Probably to deter guests from watching their own films as there are paid channels. Room service is only once every 7th day and the shower cubicle was stained. About 15 to 20 minutes walk to London Bridge. We took the bus in the end as our luggage was too heavy for the long walk to London Bridge station. Should be 3 stars and cost too much.

Nice serviceable hotelPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location and nice staff, useful kitchenette and comfortable bed. It's super modern and a little soulless but if you're looking for a practical apart/hotel and not a cultural experience it's perfect.
