Three room changesPosted Oct 26, 2013
We had to move from our first room due to the high temperature. The windows could not even be opened. The next room was also hot but we could open the window. However, there was a roof leak in this room so we had to move again. Our last room was in Think Bermondsey just around the corner. Again the room was hot and there was no way to reduce the temperature unless you opened the window. The room was well equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine etc. The bed was comfortable. One very annoying thing was that the apartment doors banged when they were closed unless you were very careful. This woke us up as the people in the apartment beside us came back very late. All in all though, we preferred the Think Bermondsey and it is on a quieter street with some good restaurants close by.

Two StarsPosted Oct 10, 2013
Not as advertised. Space was awkward, room was in need of repair, bed was not a full size mattress or box spring, bed was dense foam mat on wooden rails, no daily service. No A/C. Staff at front desk was professional & courteous.

Nice room...shame about the locationPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
I've stayed in various apartments in London, all around the same price, and this was the least impressed I've been overall. The room was very comfortable, well equipped, with good showers and mod cons. However, because it was a very hot weekend we had to have the front windows open, which overlooked a VERY busy and noise road (traffic mostly), so we got little sleep on the Friday night. On the hotel information it stated there was climate control in the room, which there wasn't, and although we asked for a fan a few hours after checking-in it finally arrived an hour before we checked-out! The location had been chosen because we wanted to explore the Borough Market area, but getting anywhere else turned out to be a nightmare, as the Northern line tube was closed all weekend, and there is no other tube service convenient to the apartments...suffice to say we got a lot of exercise from walking. Overall, the actual apartments and staff are pleasant, but let down by some key areas that would have made the stay enjoyable.

Great location, quiet, family friendlyPosted Jul 7, 2013
Pros: Location, clean, quiet.
Location: Perfect location, central, quiet
Great location, easily accessible to all parts of London, walking distance to 3 different tube locations. Apartment was very clean and new. Fantastic kitchen with good utensils, laundry and 2 bathrooms in our family apartment. Very quiet for such a central location. Would recommend to all families looking for a central base for their London adventure.

Clean and quiet!Posted May 27, 2013
Pros: Clean and quiet
Location: Perfect! Walking distance to Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Also, walking distance to small grocery store, restaurants, and the tube.
Loved it! Extremely clean. Great staff! Strict rules about being quiet at night to respect the other guests (loved that!) We would definitely return!

Meh...Posted Apr 20, 2013
Pros: It had a bed
Cons: The pillows are like a deflated football
Paid quite a bit of money for a decent apartment. Place would have been nice when first built but rooms are tired (place isn't even that old). Staff are so inconsistent... One staff member would grunt hello and another would have a smile from ear to ear. Put a bit of love into the place and change majority of your staff.
