From the moment you walk through the door, the quality of service is what stands out. The room was perfectly presented and very comfortable.

Great hotel, bad breakfast experiencePosted Sep 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Superb hotel with good location and standard. Breakfast serving was terrible, we had to wait more than 1 hrs to get our English breakfast thus we did ask several times. Breakfast personnel was rude and sloppy.

Simply Perfect!Posted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Everything! Great location, lovely setting, attentive staff, clean, romantic, nice bar...... the list goes on.
Location: We chose this hotel as we were going out near Covent Garden. Next time we're in London, I will be sure to check for availability here first.
Booked the Threadneedles for our first wedding anniversary as I was taking my wife out near Covent Garden. No point in saying anything other than it was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in the UK, possibly even anywhere!

Absolutely Stunning Service - 1st Class Attention!Posted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is probably one of the finest hotels in London I've stayed in. The reception staff having that wonderful combination of being invisible and then just appearing when you need them! They were wonderfully polite and courteous and no request was too much. Not a complaint about the hotel as such but parking around that area (in fact anywhere in the City of London is a complete nightmare to park) but I understand there was a local NCP. Also, the City is completely dead at the weekend, like a weird ghost town, perfect if you want quiet but not if you want to be near the hustle and bustle. Extremely close to the underground so you can zip into the city centre quickly. A++
