Simply Perfect!Posted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Everything! Great location, lovely setting, attentive staff, clean, romantic, nice bar...... the list goes on.
Location: We chose this hotel as we were going out near Covent Garden. Next time we're in London, I will be sure to check for availability here first.
Booked the Threadneedles for our first wedding anniversary as I was taking my wife out near Covent Garden. No point in saying anything other than it was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in the UK, possibly even anywhere!

Absolutely Stunning Service - 1st Class Attention!Posted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is probably one of the finest hotels in London I've stayed in. The reception staff having that wonderful combination of being invisible and then just appearing when you need them! They were wonderfully polite and courteous and no request was too much. Not a complaint about the hotel as such but parking around that area (in fact anywhere in the City of London is a complete nightmare to park) but I understand there was a local NCP. Also, the City is completely dead at the weekend, like a weird ghost town, perfect if you want quiet but not if you want to be near the hustle and bustle. Extremely close to the underground so you can zip into the city centre quickly. A++

Luxurious Boutique HotelPosted Jul 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stylish boutique hotel. Excellent location a few minutes walk from Bank Station (a usually bustling business area of the City which becomes quiet and tranquil at the weekend). Beautiful domed lobby and well appointed rooms (extremely comfortable, spacious, light and airy) with an enormous luxurious bathroom. Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Weekend Get AwayPosted Jul 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Firstly please note that I only give 5's if the hotel is absolutely exceptional so a 4 is no bad score! The hotel did have the WOW factor when you walked in and the staff couldn't do enough to assist me from start until finish, 5* plus there! Being a weekend, the hotel was both more empty than during the week and much cheaper! for a weekend touring around London this was ideal! The only negative that I can find really was that unfortunately there was some mold in the shower hence the 3* for cleanliness, but... the bed was huge and comfy, the room was great with everything that you could need for a weekend away and would I go back? Definitely! Not sure that I would be quite as happy paying the mid week price but when I go to London for the weekend again, I will stay at Threadneedles! The only other one thing to point out, try and take the breakfast included option if available as buying separately is pricey, although it was very nice.
