West end hotel but in the cityPosted Jul 11, 2014
Never expected to find a 5 * hotel in the city of London. The location was perfect right in the heart of the financial capital of England. The building is beautiful and historic. The location is perfectly suited as it is close to numerous tube and train stations, and if your evening ended with your frequenting any of the numerous city pubs, then there is nothing better than a short stroll to your hotel

Really enjoyed my short stay as I was invited to the House of Lords for drinks on the terrace.

Pros: The location, excellent standard of the room and being made welcolme by the staff and their attention to detail.
In comparison to other hotels that I regularly use in the city this exceeded all my expectations. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to both friens, work colleauges and business clients.

Honeymoon done right.Posted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: Everything. The wifi was very good and the bank restaurant is great! Plus the two bottles of water given at the second turn down was a nice touch.
Cons: Restaurant to be open during the weekend for dinner.
The hotel is beautiful. The staff is attentive and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They even upgraded my room! It is located within the financial district so finding a restaurant close, that way open during the weekend was not going to happen. Thankfully the easy "tube" subway system is a two minute walk from the hotel. The next time I visit London I will stay at this hotel again.

Stylish hotel in stylish areaPosted May 19, 2014
We have had a lovely two nights in The Threadneedle Hotel - quiet, calm, stylish. The area is one we like - walk south to London Bridge or north to Spittlefields, an area we like. And breakfast was excellent. Definitely our new favourite hotel in London.
