“Great place to stay”

My stay in the motel was very comfortable. It was clean and quiet. The room was large enough for my kids to play in. The motel location was also great. It was close to several shopping areas and to many restaurants. I stayed in this motel for about 3 weeks, and I and my kids really enjoying the stay.

“London TraveLodge: a few nice surprises”

Often there are some small things that just don't go right in a motel. After we switched rooms because of the smoke and ended up on the ground floor, we found that the shower nozzle worked surprisingly well, the bathroom sink faucet also worked much better than the one on the 3rd floor, and the room heater was adequate. Usually these things suffer in "plain Jane" motels. The room was also very quiet. TraveLodge issues breakfast vouchers with the value of around $5 printed on them. I wasn't sure exactly how it worked but it turned out it was part of the price of the room, and it wasn't a continental breakfast, it was a full breakfast: bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, juice, coffee, pancakes. And in generous amounts. Finally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They cheerfully helped us change rooms and that, along with the very convenient location for our needs, made this an unusually positive experience.

Area recommendations
The area we were in suited us well. We were near the highway, so trips out of town were easy, We were near a mall that we had occassion to visit. And we used to live in the area, so our family and friends were close by.

“Perfect spot to stay in London area”

We've stayed at this hotel several times and have been satisfied each time. The hotel is just a ten-minute drive south of downtown London. There are plenty of good restaurants close by (and not just the strip-mall variety). The breakfast, which is plentiful (eggs, pancakes, meats, toast, cereal, etc.) , is served by very friendly and attentive staff. The best value for the money in London. (The entrance to the hotel is a tad difficult to find: you have to drive through what looks to be the entrance to a neighboring restaurant, but that's not the hotel's fault...and it's really no big deal.)

“LOVE this hotel!”

This was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel and the experience was just as great as it was the last time! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious and had both a refrigerator and microwave in the room (standard in all rooms). The free wi-fi was easy to access. One of my favorite things, though, is the FULL breakfast buffet; we're not talking just coffee and doughnuts but a FULL breakfast included with the room price. I also appreciated that they have a small recycle bin in the room for bottles and cans; only time I've ever seen that in a room and I thought it was a great addition to all of the already great amenities this hotel offers. I highly recommend it!
