Wasn't what we expectedPosted Nov 14, 2013
Pros: The apartment was beautiful and modern with everything we could need. Our place could have slept 6 with still plenty of room to stretch out.
Cons: I don't know if anything needed improvement, just that people should be aware of what they're renting.
Location: The location was near a couple of pubs and right by a train station but we didn't spend a lot of time in the London Bridge district.
Granted, I should have done more research, but when I booked out two weeks of hotels across the UK and in Ireland I let this one slip in when I probably would have chosen elsewhere. I'm not sure how they select which apartment you will have, it probably has to do with the size of your group and whatever availability they have, but I didn't realize at the time that I was renting an apartment for a few days and not booking a hotel room. The biggest negative of that is that when you're hoping to have a front desk to call with questions they don't have the same service at places like this. The good part however was that the main office is within a few blocks and they do answer their phones up until 10pm local time so when our WiFi didn't work they sent out a service technician early the next morning and got it repaired for our second day there. The biggest negative unfortunately is location. We were close to some cool pubs but the apartment backed to the railways and it could get loud. The hardest part was driving in and finding parking, there is none nearby and if you're using a GPS ours at least wasn't aware of the entire 3-4 blocks that were shut down for construction and kept us hitting dead-ends with limited turnaround space. Driving in London isn't exactly easy no matter where you stay but it would have been better to avoid the construction zone if we could have.

Look elsewherePosted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: Location, but there is plenty of other accommodation in the area.
Cons: Check that the basic facilities work before guests turn up.
Good location but there are plenty of other hotels/rooms available in the area offering much better facilities for the money. Broken central heating that had to be left on to have hot water meaning the flat was way too hot. Also the oven was broken so plans for cooking one night scuppered. Obvious that no pre-checks are carried out before guests arrive. No response to emails re. the above and took numerous attempts to get anyone to answer the twenty four hour help number. It appears from other reviews that it is pot luck with these apartments as to whether you get a decent one or not. For the rate simply not worth it and we will not be staying here again.

A GREAT find!Posted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: See above. Location and comfort.
Cons: More towels.
Location: See above
Check in was fast and easy. The actual flat was a short distance from the management office so be prepared to drag the luggage a bit further! The flat was well equipped with new appliances (coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven, frig, hairdryer, washer and dryer). Entire place was clean. Very comfortable for 4 of us although, if you are tall, you may not fit comfortably on the beds! Nice balcony to get fresh air. Wi-fi service worked well. Location was EXCELLENT. We were within walking distance of a small grocery store, Starbucks and the underground. Loved the place and it allowed us to eat at least one meal in!

Cons: Everything must be improved........!

Nice appartement and not to far from subway.Posted Oct 5, 2013
Good hotel apartment but have only one day care and cleaning for a 7 days stay. We're a bit frustrated because when we need to pay, the system reject our credit card because it was reroute to Ukraine but after contacting my bank ,problem was solved . Have a complaint because a new electronic lock was installed and they did not advise us of that and give us the combination. Have to learn it from a neighbor . Beside that every thing was fine.

Everything you need is almost there. It's going to be hot during summer though as they do not have air condition. It is not near Borough Market. It's near Hay Galleria.

Hotel was okPosted Sep 4, 2013
I had booked and confirmed a one bedroom with 2 dbl fold out sofas. We got a one bedroom with one double sofa. Not good when you have a teenage son and daughter one child had to sleep on the floor. It would be nice if the bathroom had a fan and towel racks. Hotel was right under the tracks so was very noisy. On a positive note it was clean and it was nice to have a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Probably would not stay there again though because of the noise.

Very comfortable and roomy apartment and great locPosted Aug 23, 2013
Pros: Very roomy for the four of us and great location.
Cons: A way to contact the office.
Location: Great location. Tower of London and Tower bridge near by. A grocery store across the street. A great pub near by that we ate at 3 times.
The only complaint was no phone in apartment so no way to contact the office where we checked in. It was too far away.

Not located where you expect!!!Posted Jul 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The apartment was nice. Clean and very comfortable. However as many others have mentioned it is 10-15min walk south of Union St. That is in the wrong direction from where most visitors will want to go. Nothing on the website to let you know that except for the reviews (not in the reviews I read a year ago when booking). When I mentioned this at the office and mentioned how frustrated I was all I got was "I only work here". Not the best of service!! It is about 5 min from Borough Tube station so if you are OK with that then this is an OK place to stay. Could be tricky getting to the apartment if you turn up to the office after hours though.
