The staff were all very kind and helpful! The only downside was that our room was in the lobby transition area and other travelers were very loud on occasion.

Competitively priced and a great location. The room was tiny and the bathroom even tinier. I don’t think plus sized people would be able to use it easily! Decent shower. Beds were comfortable and the interior of the hotel is stylish. Breakfast was fine for continental, but a shame that children were charged at the same rate as an adult. The single croissant and apple juice that my daughter had wasn’t really worth the £7.50!

A great location near the London Olympia and underground both within a short walking distance. Nice breakfast. Room was only 16 degrees on arrival but on request heating was turned on but it never went above 20 degrees. Top window would not close completely leaving cold air to sneak in. If you like cool it was fine but if you like a warm room not so much.

Although a bit tired wallpaper coming unstuck with a little bit of attention all would look great. I would not let this stop me booking another stay room was everything you need for a cheap stay in a good area close to tubes and local shops ect.

Very clean, comfortable room with extremely comfortable beds. Good sized room and lovely bathroom. Only gripe which didnt affect the overall stay was the shower was not working properly on the overhead shower. The smaller hand held unit was great and could be used so didnt cause any issues. Top floor and was very quiet

All you need for a stay in London
Very good place to stay in a nice area close to the Tube. Quiet, very good shower and hair dryer and TV. Comfortable bed and nice thick curtains. Helpful staff and convenient luggage storage room. Would definitely come again.

Excellent!
This was my first stay at W14 hotel but definitely not my last! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and very quiet and there was a luggage storage service which was a bonus. Very close to two tube stations giving convenient access to central London. Overall an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Service good BUT Room undesirable
Excellent and helpful reception and service. However the room itself was considerably smaller than expected. The pictures were deceiving making the room look bigger than it was. No room size mentioned for this room at Hotels.com. Nice area though and good transportation nearby.

This hotel does not have a lift and I was on the top floor so it was hard getting up the stairs. Otherwise the staff was nice and helped me with my bags.

Review
it was good and convenient place to stay in London. For the price no complaints. But they could have some biscuits for guess on arrival with the tea provided. Bed was too soft for someone with a bad back. I understand a lift cannot be added because it is a grade 2 listed building. Overall, feel safe , clean and comfortable to stay for 2 days. I will definitely stay there again

A lovely stay
A nice welcome and very easy check-in. It was a very hot day, and the bar and lobby area was sweltering. The friendly guy who checked me in gave me a bottle of water which was hugely appreciated! The room was really nice - a good size, modern decor with very comfy bed and great bathroom. The small in-room fridge was very welcome! I would definitely stay again.

decen hotel in West Ken
Decent enough hotel for a one night stay. the curtains in our room didn’t block out the light so be prepared with an eye mask (as i was!). the shower in our room needed a clean to in block the nozzles with limescale. something that should’ve been obvious to anyone cleaning it..when i highlighted it to reception to explain that for future guests it would be good i was told that i was wrong and that the shower was working fine! Grumbles aside, it was a convenient place for us and quiet overnight - overall decent.

Excellent hotel in a quiet but accessible locale.
Helpful and efficient staff. Very useful left luggage facility for both ends of the trip. Clean and well-considered room. Will definitely stay again when in the area as also conveniently located for two tube stations.
