The staff were very helpful. The location was ideal - close to the underground. Will stay there again.

Cheap and cleanPosted Jun 14, 2013
Cheap and clean, no frills! Although, didn't think much of the 'make your own' breakfast (cereal & toast only). Good location for a late night concert at Finsbury Park though.

Hotel staff was super friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Only weird thing was that to shower you had to sit down... But had up to date amenities and a kitchen in the room. Best part is that its right beside Manor House Tube Station in Zone 2. Surrounding area looked sketchy but we didn't have any problems. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent location for getting into central londonPosted Jan 30, 2013
Would definitely stay at this hotel again, however would request a room at the rear as rooms at the front of the hotel are very noisey.

Convenient and good value for LondonPosted Jan 15, 2013
Pros: Covenient , off street parking
Cons: Traffic noise
Location: Busy , urban area and very close to Manor Park Tube station
Good value for money but building is a bit run down . Reasonable breakfast . Very convenient for Tube ( Manor Park station is just 50 metres away ) and to get to Emirates stadium . Rooms at front a bit noisy from vehicle traffic on Seven Sisters Road but rooms at side / rear do not really suffer from this . Vehicle parking OK for up to 5 small /medium size cars but larger vehicles will find it difficult or impossible to turn 90 degrees to use enclosed forecourt .

Fine as a cheap & cheerful stopoverPosted Jan 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Exactly what I expected for the money I paid. Fine as a place to get your head down for a night and ideal for our trip as it's convenient for the bus to Alexandra Palace. If you're looking for any luxury or standard then look elsewhere but if you want somewhere cheap for a night go for it. Staff friendly enough, breakfast was toasts, cereal, ham, cheese, jams etc.
