The friendliest staff who couldn't do enough.Posted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Everything. Great staff spacious, clean and well equipped rooms.
Cons: Nothing really. Maybe some live music in the bar at night but so much going on in derry that there is no shortage of things to do.
Location: Derry city of culture. Too many things to mention. Brilliant halloween party.
Everything you would want. Convenient, clean and comfortable.

Excellent choice in Derry LondonderryPosted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: The friendly and helpful staff, the excellent food at keen prices. Plentiful parking
Location: The hotel location is out of town and in not in an attractive setting but nearby Derry Londonderry is a living history delight
From arrival to departure two days later the service at this hotel was excellent throughout. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were courteous and friendly without being intrusive. A query about the TV in the bedroom was resolved within minutes. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the 3-course evening meal was of good quality and value at only £15 . The only minor negative is the location which is a mile from the historic centre and in a less appealing area

Spacious hotel near river and town centrePosted Oct 13, 2013
Pros: Spacious room, windows that could be opened.
Cons: Blackout curtains
Quick and easy to find, welcoming and speedy registration. Asked for a quiet room as a light sleeper and they offered me two options and suggested I come back if the first I opted for wasn't OK. Lovely riverside walk into town centre, well lit; aprox 25 mins

Weekend visit to DerryPosted Oct 1, 2013
Great hotel but location not so good. Bit of a hike into town or get a bus. No air con and a lot going on Saturday night so a bit of noise with windows open. Lovely room. Price was excellent so would use again

Nice hotelPosted Sep 22, 2013
Spend two nights on a business visit. Staff were pleasant and helpful Walking distance to city centre, though the taxi fare is only 3.50 Next door to Airporter HQ, which is good for those coming from Belfast Airport. Enjoyed my stay there.

Great all round hotelPosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were upgraded on arrival to an executive room which was very clean and exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with super white and thick towels. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was convenient to the central city area but ideally located so that we didn't have to negotiate heavy traffic on our way into or out of the city. Dinner menu was varied and food cooked and presented to a high standard. If I have one fault it was the standard of the cooked elements of breakfast. The continental elements were great with lots of fruit and bakery choice but the hot provisions lacked either taste or quality. Surprising - as every other aspect of this hotel scores exceptionally highly. I'd certainly go back - just not for a hot breakfast.
