Nice Hotel in a great part of townPosted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Location and size of room
Location: Great walks around walled part of city, peace bridge, Ice Wharf bar next door
Didn't know much about Derry before heading there, but was a great town! Derry, a walled city, is fun to walk around and find little alleyways and streets. Lots of pretty architecture and good food and bars as well. The Travelodge is in a great part of town. Is on a busy street so have to pay for parking if you have a car. Couple of lots nearby and staff told us about a cheap one. Room and bathroom was quite large and very basic, but no complaints. Bar next door (Ice Wharf) has great food for all meals and very cheap! Cheap drinks and food was a nice find in a overall expensive Ireland!! For the price we paid and the location of the hotel would definitely recommend.

Perfect TripPosted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Me and my friend loved our room. It was a great place for our overnight stay and the check out time was perfect for us as we are late bloomers. We would stay there again if we got that price again. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations on where to go. The location is right bang in the middle of the city centre but you still manage a great night sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was top notch.

compact but perfectly formedPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, not much space to move around but it was for a short stay so that didn't matter. Got very noisy as you could hear loads of doors opening and closing and you could hear the people in the room above moving around. As an over night stay it was perfect as the location was as central as you can get but I'm glad it was only for one night.

ExcellentPosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was a bit concerned about previous reviews saying it was noisy, dirty etc etc. Needn't have worried I was af front of hotel with wkndow opened all night & not a problem at all! Sure there was a bit of noise with a pub next door but by no means excessive!! Rooms were nice & clean with fresh blankets, towels, tea coffee making facilities every day, Will be going back!!!!

Good people at this hotelPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location and really nice staff, who were always willing to help. Can't beat the location if you're staying in Derry. Great service after you leave, too. I had mistakenly left a calander in my room which I had placed some concert tickets into, for which I had paid cash for. I called them up on a prayer that somehow they would have the calander with tickets. Sure enough, they did and posted them to me!!

Nice hotel for a good price. There is no breakfast included but they do a light breakfast for $5.

Central Clean BasicPosted Jun 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Central location, handy for everything the city has to offer. Dated interior, but very clean, with friendly, and helpful staff. Some may find the rooms at the front of the building bit noisy. There is a pub and club on the hotels doorstep.

Horrible!! I always stayed in Premier Inn But this is a mistake I will never repeat... The rooms stink, I had to change my room but the second one was not better Rooms are not well ventilated and the worst thing the Duvet and bed sheets stink as if they were not used for a long time Am really frustrated
