Do not stay here!

The hotel advertises that beach passes are part of the rate. Upon check-in you are informed that there is a $12.00 person per day charge payable to the municipality and that beach passes are not part of the rate due to "changes". Front desk staff and supervisors are not willing or able to credit this municipal charged on your bill. What a mess!

Allegria Hotel

Great location. Service was the worst that we've evwe had at any hotel we've ever been to. Servers, bartenders should be fired. No eye contact, couldn't get any order straight and forget about in room service. That was all wrong! Go somewhere else to stay for the weekend...

Pros: The staff was very nice
Cons: HIRE A BETTER CLEANING STAFF !!! Let people know when booking that the bars/restaurants may not be accessible so they can choose another day !!
Location: We ate at Jimmy Hayes steak house which was fantastic!!
We booked a oceanfront room with 2 double beds (not a suite) for 1 night & paid approx $350.00 .. NOTHING was included .. Parking was $25.00 per day .. There was no coffee maker in the room. We had to ASK for a room service menu just to order coffee in the morning. We tried to access the rooftop bar only to find out it was closed for a private party .. Then when we tried to make dinner reservations in the ONLY restaurant in the hotel, that too was closed for a wedding !! The closest door was broken off the hinge .. The extra pillows in the closet had stains on them & there were smears all over the glass surfaces that looked like someone cleaned them with a dirty rag!! We were highly disappointed with this hotel & will not return

Looks are decieving..

Our stay was very disappointing. This hotel says hotel and spa.. theres no spa here. This hotel looks beautiful but theres nothing more to it. Its very noisy and loud, i was woken up all night by people making nose in the hallway. The food at the hotel rest. was horrible! The room service was terrible service. I ordered a greek salad with chicken for lunch and an hour later the salad arrived without the chicken , the chicken came 45min later. No apology. Everytime i tried to reach hotel staff by phone it was impossible. The hotel "store" to get water and snacks was closed, never opened and when i asked the staff they had no clue. The stores are atleast 4 blocks away if you would like water or snacks. The roof top deck was closed which it shouldnt have been since its a big part of that hotel . Like i said this hotel is visually pleasing but thats it. I have been to luxury hotels and this is surely not "LUXURY" . As beautiful as this hotel is , they need alot of improving such staff, food and service. The price is luxury... but if you are looking for hotel and spa relaxation do not come here....

Pros: It's located next the board walk.
Cons: They could have tried to resolve the matter during the night.
Location: Several restaurants near by car and beautiful beach area.
They could not access my reservation through Expedia and I felt the hotel made little effort to resolve in timely manner. I thought that it would be resolved overnight but it took 30 minutes to check out of the hotel. I had to be on the phone between Expedia and the hotel, instead of them calling. They wanted to double charge my credit card.

Amazing Ocean Views from Room.. Trendy Bar....

Posted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: location, location, location cool blue lights lots of white walls very trendy
Cons: money must be invested to maintain; broken windows, repaired with nails not acceptable at a "luxury" hotel
Location: Beach, restaurants, boardwalk
Spent 2 nights off season- hotel was priced right. Located on the beach, the views from the end unit room were fabulous, ocean panoramic views. Food in restaurant was poor- requested refund and received one, but not sans stress from the Manager (he was standoffish) Drinks in bar were delicious - bartender was cool. Room was nice but requires maintenance - broken window, bathroom countertops are breaking apart. I would visit again for the ambiance and proximity to ocean.

Loved this hotel! what a gem! The boardwalk is charming and clean. The hotel rooms quiet and luxurious. Food great, staff friendly & efficient. The gym is spectacular! Only thing this hotel could use is better parking.
