Right on the subway

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Proximity to the subway if you need it
Cons: demolish the hotel and move
Location: take a subway to manhattan
we booked a non-smoking room on the quiet side of the hotel and got a smoking room on the noisy side. once we moved to the other side after several days, in a non-smoking room, it was just as noisy. TERRIBLE location.

Run of the mill hotel

Posted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: I do not know.
Cons: I do not know.
Location: The location made it difficult to drive from.
The first day the phone was not working. The first night I awoke to water dripping from the ceiling. The third day, while I was, out whoever cleaned my room did not completly close the door. So when I returned the change on the dresser was missing. Do not know who took it.

Needs work but such a hidden Jem

Posted Sep 6, 2014
Proxiry to NYC couldn't have been better. The hotel is just around te corner from the subway and it's a two minutes walk from 33 stop which is about 10 minutes away from Grand Central Station. There is a 24 hour seven eleven that sells booze all night long and has a weirded clientele and staff, it's

Inexpensive and convenient to el

Posted Sep 4, 2014
Pros: See above.
Cons: A storage room for luggage, so that one would not have to pay such a high premium for leaving bags for a late pickup.
Location: Not much to see nearby, but there are minimal eating places within a block or two.
This was my second visit here, so I guess that provides some comment in itself. The rooms are small, but certainly adequate. If possible, it is probably a good idea to have a room that is not in the cellar, (C level), as there is often a lot of extra activity there. The free continental breakfast is meager, but again, worth the price. The el train stop is about a block and a half away.

Pros: Free breakfast and free WiFi.
Hotel room was very small and noisy. Air conditioning was old and very noisy. We were not able to rest in the hotel room.

Prime place to stay for a family on a budget

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Location, size of the room, cost, staff, cleanliness, everything
Cons: The mattresses were soft and need to be replaced.
Location: walking distance to the outlets, boardwalk, ocean, casinos, etc.
This hotel was awesomely located. It was about 20 steps to the boardwalk and we could see the ocean from the balcony (it was not an ocean view room, you had to look to the left). Although close to the boardwalk we were not disturbed by noise. We were a family with two teenage children. The room had two beds and we were pleasantly surprised to have a pull out couch as well. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was run of the mill continental. Would recommend this hotel to anybody going to Atlantic City. Very conveniently located

Pros: The location is great.
Cons: Wifi is not good sometimes.
Location: 7-eleven just nearby.
The location is great , just a few minutes walk to the subway7. The room was small but clean. Very good hotel for the price and for the city. However, the 1st night in the 1st floor was many loud talking outside and we couldn't even sleep. The staff was very helpful and very friendly after we asked if we can change our room . The 2nd night was very quite. We like this hotel.

Disappointed by room

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Close to train and room was clean
Cons: Not to put guests in the basement with the laundry and cleaning staff and carts
Location: Walk to train in 2 min close to Manhattan
The room was in the basement with all laundry and cleaning carts in hallway, was very narrow and you couldn't move without banging into the carts without carrying your luggage. The room was very small with no where to put your suitcases etc. The room was clean and the hotel was 2 min from the train.

Corridors too dirty

Posted Aug 8, 2014
It's a low cost hotel so you don't expect too much but the corridors were almost always dirty and Kupa at the reception was so rude with us. She doesn't know how to be polite with the customers.
