Close to Manhattan

Perfect price, clean, decent breakfast, decent view of Manhattan, and free parking if you can grab a spot. Stayed here as a fmy and it met our needs. Directly by the 7 train as well. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel and staff and close to all amenities

Posted Apr 5, 2015
Pros: Everything from the staff to the cleanliness.
Cons: May the breakfast could have a bit more variation.
Location: The location is close to the subway, local stores that are open 24 hours even on a Sunday which was great as we arrived very late.
I stayed here for a week and loved it. The staff we're really niceand helpful. Could not fault it at all. Close to the subway station. We got an unlimited metro card for the week and went all over the island. I would recommend mta website where you can plan your route by subway and/or bus. The room was cleaned Daily, breakfast was included in the price and there was plenty to choose from. I loved the fact that it was close to the city but far enough away to relax from it all.

Nice hotel close to NYC.

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Pros: Close to NYC. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: The business center could use a printer.
Location: Using the 7 train, between 15 and 20 minutes to Times Square, during the weekdays. Weekend's quite a bit longer due to construction on the line.
This hotel is great for NYC visitors on a budget. Clean, comfortable and only a 5 minute walk to the 7 train subway station on 40th&Lowery which takes you, after a few stops, to the 42nd street (Times Square) station. From there, you can transfer to other line's to get to other attractions. This hotel also offers a complimentary, hot breakfast with rolls, donuts, cereal, sausage, eggs, juice and coffee. There is also a McDonald's next door if you choose that path. A very comfortable bed, good size room with a mini-fridge, coffee maker and iron and hairdryer included. It would be nice if the business center had a printer for printing boarding passes, but it doesn't. Just an fyi. The cab ride from LaGuardia airport to the hotel was about $25 one way, but it was also rush hour, so take that into consideration. There are several places to eat close by as well. We will definetly stay here again on our next trip to the city.

Hotel mit guter Sub-Anbindung

Gute Infrastruktur ums Hotel. Frühstück leider nichtmals Continental und in den Badezimmer war Schimmel an der Decke und in den Fugen. Ansonsten für den Preis ganz passabel.

Affordable hotel in convenient location

Posted Mar 21, 2015
Pros: Convenient location, affordable price
Cons: Breakfast could have had more variety.
Location: Several restaurants within walking distance worth visiting: Dazies (Italian) and Arriba Arriba (Mexican). One we did not really was Bucharest (Romania
The location was conveniently close to subway line 7 that took us to Central Station and Time Square and allowed us to connect with other lines to take us anywhere we wanted to go, including JFK. Not the same as being in Manhattan, but we were not willing to pay Manhattan rates. At the rate we paid, we did not expect a high end hotel. The room was clean and functional: beds were comfortable, large screen TV, fridge, bathroom with bathtub / shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no direct access to a printer, but the staff offered to print out our boarding passes. The breakfast (cereal, donuts, rolls, mini-muffins, bananas, coffee, eggs and sausages) was free, so I cannot say anything bad about it, but a little more variety would have been nice.

Decent and close to subway

Posted Mar 10, 2015
The hotel was decent. I would stay again but there were a few things I would like to see upgraded and the staff could have been friendlier. But worth the stay to be so close to subway.
