The best things were (1) all of the staff members I met - Awesome. (2) The beds were really clean and comfortable.
The greatest negative - the hotel website said there was breakfast served, and there was a dining restaurant for dinners. I traveled 3 1/2 hours to NYC for major surgery, and seriously needed the convenience of hotel meals. Upon arrival we were informed all food service was discontinued. Why is your website not updated ????
The bathroom design is frustrating - to say the least, and I thought 3 of the 4 tiny ceiling light bulbs were burned out. On the morning of my third day there, I finally found the light switch to the 2 meager lights over the sink and mirror - over at the entrance door to the room. The light over the toilet is hanging loose from the ceiling, and is burned out, and the toilet stall is so small I had to leave the door open to avoid banging my head on it. The hard floors in the rooms surely contribute to easier cleaning, but are very cold to walk barefoot on.
There was a "great" deal of noise through our 2 nights there that was coming from other rooms on our floor, as well as above us. While packing to leave on day 3, I found the tiny frig hiding in a cabinet - a frig that could have served me well if I'd known it was there.
Would I stay there again, or recommend this hotel to others ??? Sadly, No !
