Close to Metro; good price; recently remodeled; if you are just looking for a bed and a room this is the place for you. Free breakfast too. About 3.4 ranking.

Hit or Miss

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: This time nothing.
Cons: They need security here. Any place that needs security is bad.
Location: Great location unfortunately the riff raff also likes it.
This place is hit or miss. Been here over 50 times in the last 3 years and this is the last time im staying here. Suddenly this place is attracting a lower class clientele.

Comfortable Hotel in a Good Location

Posted Jan 6, 2015
Pros: Clean comfortable room, helpful staff, Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast.
Cons: TV service could be expanded.
Location: The hotel is in the village section of Rockville Centre with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
My wife and I came to visit our Grandchildren on Long Island. This hotel was right next to a train station which made trips to and from the airport really easy.

Looks better online than in person

Posted Jan 3, 2015
Stay on higher floors ! At first we got place on 2nd floor room sheets had hair on them and room smell dusty. Front desk were very helpful and moved us to the 5th floor which was way better! I guess lady cleaning this floor put more effort . We stay 3 days and she kept the room always clean and vacuum .

Pleasantly Surprised!

Posted Jan 1, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, LIRR for travel to Manhattan, several restaurants in the area, breakfast provided by the hotel, and CVS & supermarket nearby.
Cons: Beds are too hard!
Location: Several restaurants, bars, nail salons, and Green Acres Mall approx. 10 minutes drive.
My husband and I stayed at the hotel with our 2 children (ages 7 & 8) for 3 nights. The room is standard size with 2 double beds, desk, table, and chairs. We were surprised to find a microfridge in the room which is good if you want to store water or food. The location is great since there is a CVS & Supermarket right next door. Several good restaurants in the area - we ate at restaurants in or around the Green Acres Mall; as well as at the Greek restaurant across the street from the hotel. Also, breakfast is provided from 6 - 10 am in the hotel restaurant. Very good selection. The best part of the trip was taking the Long Island Railroad into Manhattan. It was soooo convenient - about a 30 minute ride into Penn Station! Overall I would stay here again, in order to access LIRR especially if planning to explore Manhattan.
