Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: A lot
Location: Near airport, Apple-bees across the street.
Hotel out dated, No pay movies as indicated on web site, pool not in use, would not recommend right now.

45 min to check in. Getting breakfast was difficult. Understaffed but pleasant. The staff tried hard, seemed to be managed poorly

Front desk clerk needs customer service training..

Pros: rooms looked like they were re done.... but overall the place is a mess STAY AWAY
Cons: the help needs training with their customer service skills....
The front desk gal looked like she really does not like her job.... wouldn't even show us how to get to our rooms... her customer service skills bordered on hostile... manager was not much better... why do they complain about their jobs in front of customers? Hallways were smelly and loaded with trash... does anyone vacuum the rugs?

Where do I start....paint peeling off the walls, shower that wouldn't drain,leaky shower faucet,dirty carpet. GROSSEST place, never do that again. Expedia should do it patrons a favor pull this hotel from its listings. Very disappointed!!!!!

Nice. Served it's purpose. Would use again. A bit bnoisy with other occupants. Kids playing hockey in the hallway were very loud.

Pros: The outdoor pool.
Cons: Fixtures need major updating or fixing. Customer service needs to be more responsive.
At one point it took over 1 hour to get in contact with Housekeeping in order to get an iron. It took another 45mins to get that iron. The garbage cans had no lining. Fixtures were falling apart some were rusted. Outlets could not hold appliances/devices securely. The sound in the hallway was unacceptable especially late at night. No soundproofing did not help that part.

What a nightmare. Beside the rugs being wet in the room which I complained and they told me no one else had. (I did talk to two other people staying there and one other had the same issue) my tub wouldn't drain and the planes were loud it was difficult to sleep. Coffee bad and restaurant server rude. I'd never go back

Needs a facelift

Pros: It was close to the airport and has a free shuttle but it took about 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive because they could not find the keys.
Cons: Carpets need to be replaced, more food options, address the HVAC issues
This hotel may have been nice at one point but it is very run down. The hotel felt damp and there were fans on the floor of the hallways. The restaurant only serves a $13 buffet - no other breakfast options. Luckily there was an Applebees across the street.
