Close to the airport. That's it

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: It was close to the airport
Cons: Shower curtains in bathroom spoons and knives at the breakfast tables, laundry facilities showed be repaired and working.
Location: Visit family
I was looking for a hotel close to the airport. This was very close, and our flight was getting in late. We checked in and got some sleep I got up early and started laundry when the kids got up I checked the stuff in the dryer and found it was hot but still wet. The dryer was spinning. I went to the front desk and they offered to dry it for me, I took my kids to breakfast and it cost 8$ a person to find out there were no spoons or knives just forks and no coffee. There was orange juice out but the cups they had out didn't fit under the spout. After asking the waiter and not seeing him for a while I went into the kitchen myself and got glasses, spoons and knives. Stopped at the front desk and asked for the clothes they weren't ready and its was almost 10. We had to out by 11 and I asked if I could check out later and they said it would cost me. My daughter said forget it we could by out by 11. When we got back to the room I found there was no shower curtain. I called the front desk and let them know they said someone would be right up. After a half hour I walked down to the front desk by now it almost 1030. my daughter started showering without the curtain. I told the person at the front desk I was upset. I waited for the clothes, by the time I got back to my room my son had showered and then I did, we all showered with no curtain, no big deal but it's a pain to shower and try to keep the bathroom dry. i had similar issues when I checked in three days later.

Alles was man braucht

DISAPPOINTING

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE GRAFITTI ON THE HOTEL DOORS
THIS IS NOT A HOTEL ITS A MOTEL AT BEST. THE STAFF WAS OK BUT THE FIRST NIGHT THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF EVERY FEW MINUTES FOR OVER 3 HOURS. WHEN I CONTACTED THE DESK THEY SAID THAT THE FIRE DEPT WAS TRYING TO FIX THE GLITCH. FOUND OUT THE NEXT MORNING IT WAS A MOTEL GUEST THAT KEPT INTENTIONALLY TRIPPING THE ALARM. ALSO BED IN ROOM HAD BROKEN SPRINGS AND WOULD SINK IN THE MIDDLE . AND SINCE WHEN DOES A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR MEAN COME INTO THE ROOM AND TIDY THE BEDS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR STAY AGAIN AT ANY CLAIRION

Rude staff

Posted Apr 27, 2015
Room had was not completely clean as there were e-cigarette cartridges in bathroom as well as other items on floor. There was no courtesy wake up call. Instead the room service attendant began forcing the door open. After I answered the door and advised we will be leaving shortly she continued to force the door open questioning wether we are staying another night. Woman was extremely rude my wife had to open the door and confront as attendant refused to give us any time to wake up and leave.
