Hello Yiyoung, I am so sorry to hear the bed was to soft for you. We did get new mattresses a couple of years ago, they are on the softer side. Most of our guests do enjoy this however we do have some that prefer a harder mattress. I will have engineering take a look to make sure there is nothing wrong just in case. This fee is listed on the Marriott Website along with the Expedia website as well. Your reservation did come through on our end as a reservation for a handicap room, I am sorry you did not need those amenities. We do hope you give us another chance again in the future.
