“Honeymoon stay”

I reserved this room for a couple as a one night honey moon stay and they were so happy with their stay they told me they would like to return as they were treated very well by the hotel and they had biligual spanish clerks that helped them out in the reception. I'm very satisfied with this hotel.

Internet connection was very poor and were unable to use it which made a few things difficult. There was also no microwave in the room as expected with the kitchen area. Over all the room was good.

“Convenient, clean and quiet”

My friend and I traveled to LI for a bicycle race in November. We needed a hotel that would provide a clean, quiet, safe room that was close to the race venue (Eisenhower Park). What we liked in particular was the fact that the room was larger than the typical hotel room and the kitchenette allowed you to cook. Also, the full size Fridge was a treat after hotel rooms with just a minifridge-microwave combo. Hotel is very kid friendly - saw lots of families with elementary school age children staying there. Well lit parking lot, very convenient to shopping, including grocery store within a short driving distance. My only disappointment is that I wish the shower had more water pressure.

“They Don't Clean the Room Everyday???”

I don't know how does it works with "Extended Stay" places, it's my First time on one, but in this place they never clean the room, or change the towels and the sheets while we were there for 3 nights!.. I'm supposed to be responsible for the cleaning? ..That's what I paid for??? As for the condition of the room upon checking in, it seems ok, cleaned, spacious. I guess the only thing cool is it's got some sort of kitchen in it if you want to cook. No Bell Boy! We had to carry our heavy bags by ourselves. It's like that at places like this?.. My point is, if you don't need to cook and do your laundry, don't stay at a place like this!

I understand that we were on a smoking floor, but air it out once in a while!!! The front desk attendant could have smiled/greeted/welcomed us.

Nice exterior, smelly and foul odor throughout the hallway. We requested a new room and thankgoodness we received one

“Tired facility”

Tired, very tired looking room that could use updating

“One Star . . . at best”

Though the linens were clean, this hotel was not what I expected. The furnishing and overall decor were grossly lacking and cigarette smoke flows throughout the entire facilities HVAC system. Fairly disgusting.
