This property was lovely. We did not get a room in the mansion, but one of the 187 other rooms added to the Pratt property some time ago. Clean overall. Positive: comfortable beds; excellent buffet breakfast included. Negative bathroom issues: no towel bars; glass shower entry with faucets at far end - not easily reached; no grab bars in the shower - dangerous!

Good location. Beautiful grounds. Staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was with the wifi taking a few days to correct but otherwise would highly recommend this location if in the area. Will definitely stay here again when in the Glen Gove/Bayville area.

My husband and I picked this hotel to truly relax. The mansion is GORGEOUS! The bed was soooo comfortable. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The grounds are immaculately kept and beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves so much.

I realize this is an older hotel, but the lack of electric outlets is unacceptable. Put a few power strips and at least there needs to be plugs for 2 phone chargers by the beds. Also, shower wasnt hot. Just warm

I loved my stay at the mansion at glen cove. Staffs were very friendly however one thing i was very disappointed was about having a dark blood stain on our blanket.

The place was nice and clean. The staff were also nice. Check-in and check-out super easy. Parking lot kind of far. My room was also very far from the front desk. Would stay again if I had to but I would need a closer room to the entrance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I was not told prior to the reservation that nothing was working. The gym, sauna, indoor pool, restaurant. All closed. It could have been an ok stay if I knew going into it that I was stuck in my room.

Had 4 rooms here woke up to ants everywhere, in the bed on the floor. Was told that they would look someone came and just shrugged. They have an ant infestation. Also had an event there. Went over the menu with Astrid. She did not convey the menu. Was supposed to be fresh bagels lox tomatoes onions omelettes French toast with a cream base. Turkey bacon and turkey sausage. There was raw regular bacon and ham for the omelette no cooked turkey bacon specifically asked for no ham or bacon. Bagels were cold Thomas bagels no tomatoes no onions French toast was nothing special. When I asked what about dessert she said go to a bakery. I did and it was the best thing on there. When I went to take the donuts from the table there were ants there also. I was told I would get 600 back but I haven’t and it’s been a month. I’ve just gotten the run around. Don’t book here it went downhill.

There was a smart TV in my room and nobody at the establishment was able to show me how to use it. The Pool was under Maintenance And we were not informed of this. The Sunday brunch was very limited and I feel that the price was a little too high.

Not my best stay
My first name was not good, they put me in a room over a room that was having work done the person was drilling and hammering and i was very tired, i called the front desk and all the young man said was he has a job to do, no care that i was a guess he said he would stop in 30 mins which at that time was 9pm, the guy did not stop until 10:30pm and thst because i went and told the person it was late and he was disturbing me. Saw the young guy the next morning and he just blew me off. My last night there were guess with kids and they let them run up and down the hall until 9pm
