“Pleansant and restful experience thank you”

Would stay at this hotel without a doubt if I am in the area or near . They were very pleasant, it was extremely clean from room to lobby. Very welcome feeling. Enjoyed the coffee offered in the a.m. but didn't have a chance to try the restaurant. The beds were so comfortable and the room had plenty of room. Thank you

“A very good choice if you are looking for a hotel in that area”

This hotel is lilke mid-way in Long İsland. It is close to main roads and you can do quite fine with a car. Cannot do without a car. Spacious and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is OK and was not included in price. Efficient free WiFi. Nice lobby with a relaxing chimney.

Area recommendations

The hotel is in a quiet neighboorhood. You need the car to access anything like restaurants, deli, supermarkets, etc. Though, they provide courtesy shuttle service to the Ronkonkoma train station whenever you like, which is very helpful. You can take the LIRR train to Manhattan or else. It is very close to McArthur airport.

“Only OK”

Room was clean and acceptable overall. Staff was friendly, especially the room service lady. But... Fitness center was cheap equipment and the treadmill was dangerous. Only after I complained did they mention that they have an agreement with a local fitness center down the street. TV was new LG but most channels had patterns of white dots through them. I would look elsewhere before going back here.

“Just okay for convenience sake....”

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight just because it was right down the street from an event we were attending. The good: Convenient location, fairly new, pleasant staff, nice lobby, decent breakfast buffet, big room, clean room, nice desk in room, nice tv, decent beds, nice clock/radio with multimedia capabilities. The not so good: Hallways stank like stale smoke even though rooms were non-smoking, could hear conversations in other rooms through the vents, ceiling was damaged and stained in the room, shower curtain was broken, inonvenient parking. Was okay for a night but nothing to rave about.

“Good Hotel”

I found everything to my satisfaction except for the fact that there were limit choices for the cable TV. In addition they did not have local papers available for the weekend only week days. Otherwise a very good experience.

“Customer service was bad.”

The front desk personnel lacked customer service skills. After confirming a room over 2 weeks ago, told us that the only room was a smoking room, which is unacceptable if we requested a non-smoking room. Does non-smokers have rights!!!

WELL WHERE TO START UPON ARRIVING I HAD THIS VERY UNFRIENDLY CHARACTER GREET ME ,ON MY SECOND DAY I HAPPEND TO ORDER ROOM SERVICE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING PLEASE EAT OUT FOOD LOOKS LIKE THEY TOOK IT RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX AND HEAT IT UP IN THE MICROWAVE! CHELSEA THE FOOD SERVANT BEWARE OF HER ! HAD THE NERVE TO ACCUSE ME OF HAVING A CANDLE IN MY ROOM AFTER LEAVING MY ROOM SHE WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND TOLD THEM I HAD A LITE CANDLE IN MY ROOM WHICH BY THE WAY WASNT TRUE!! I DONT KNOW WAS HER ISSUE WAS BUT THAT WAS SO UNCALL FROM HER PART SO I HAD FRONT DESK CALLING ME TELLING ME THEY ARE GONNA SENT SECURITY TO CHECK MY ROOM ALL THIS WHILE I WAS JUST TRYING TO ENJOY A MOVIE AND HAD MY DINNER THEY WERE REALLY RUDE ABOUT IT DIDNT EVEN GAVE ME THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND MALICIOUSLY ACCUSED ME OF SOMETHING I DIDNT DO,OVER ALL HORRIBLE STAY PLACE SMELLS ,FOOD IS TERRIBLE PEOPLE THERE ARE MAD RUDE AND HAVE NO CLASS WHAT SO EVER! STAY WAY FROM THIS DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
