Arrived after 11 PM. Computers were down; had to wait 10-15 minutes to check in - along with other guests. Room was generally good. Bed clean and comfortable. Shower curtain was poor and a large puddle collected outside the tub after every shower. Breakfast was just okay. Weak coffee.

Location: Strand, Wasserpark
Wir waren hier für zwei Nächte auf dem Weg von New York nach Cape Cod. Es sehr schönes Hotel. Zum Strand Westhampton sind es ca. 20 Min. mit dem Auto. Es gibt ein kostenloses Hotelshuttle zu den Attraktionen in der Umgebung - Splish splash z.B. Die Zimmer sind ganz neu und sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Salzwasserpool ist schön und gepflegt wie das ganze Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, die Kinder liebten die Pancake-maschine. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

It was fine, nice to get the confirmation via e-mail of the handicap accessible room. I would have liked to see support railings on both sides of the toilet, something I was expecting as it's needed for those who need the support need it on both sides not just one so they can be more independent. The room was plenty big for us to move around and store the walker and transport chair so that was nice, it was missing a sitting chair that you normally find in a room and there was room for one. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again. Thank you.

Great visit - but a fridge would have been nice

Everything else was great. Clean, well cared for, fine breakfast. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room. We had to scramble using ice to store our leftovers. Not a biggie, just don't go expecting a fridge. The ice cream vending machine was malfunctioning, but the front desk refunded my lost. money - they should have had a sign on it.

Loved the hotel, which was booked through hotels.com. However, the hotel desk attendant informed the family that payment had not been made, and that they would be charged on site. After several telephone calls, the matter was straightened out. The experience was a minor upset in an otherwise fine stay.
