Very nice rooms. Not much room in the bathrooms, which look a little old. Overall nice hotel and nice stay.

“Excellent first experience”

The hotel was clean and smelled good ! I liked the rooms and loved the option of several different types of pillows for each bed. The hotel was also quiet which made the experience great !

We stayed here during and post Irene. Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the Bath & Body Works toiletries. Pool with attendant exceeded expectations. Hope to return soon.

“easy stay”

nice hotel, nice staff, easy access to all parts of long island. the only thing that was lacking was the breakfast; very weak. my review based on understanding this is not a 5 star hotel, but a nice, clean holiday inn.

“GREAT Hotel!!”

The staff at the hotel were WONDERFUL!!! I was tired after 2 flights, but they made the down time after a hectic day much better. The room was the cleanest I have found in over 2 years, the staff very helpful and the food was hot and delicious and very prompt for room service. I can only wish I could find this at every hotel I stay at!!! I will be back when I travel to new York city again!! Thank you all there at the Holiday Inn Westbury!!

“An excellent stay during time”

We went to Long Island in the aftermath of hurricane Sandy to attend a family funeral. The personnel at the hotel were always available and helpful to ease our stay when there were shortages of power, gasoline and communication. The room was clean, comfortable and quite.

“Great location for shopping”

Room was is good cond. Hallways were a little worn. Small work out room. Continental breakfast was adequate.

“Surprised!!!!”

I was impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the room service food was amazing!! For a moment I thougght why is this a 3 star hotel??? I felt nothing was missing and was pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back.

“Looking forward to getting back to Westbury”

The staff was very friendly and knowlegeable. Just wish I could have gotten up and out early enough to enjoy breakfast between 6:30am and 9:00am but I stayed up so late ...didin't get to bed til almost 5:00am . Good location and close to good shopping.
