I was a bit sketched out by the night time activites going on with other guests at the hotel. There were big families traveling together with older children who were out of control. At midnight yelling and screaming in their rooms and pranking others in the middle of the night. Knocking on other peoples rooms. Completely rude and the parents were drunk and could care less. Not really happy with my experience as far as that. However the hotel room itself was nice for my family weekend getaway. Plenty of space for my kids. The staff was really friendly. My issue was with the hotel guests who were out of control during my stay.

This girl is dated, the tub in my room don’t drain, the toilet don’t flush, the TV is from the 90,s, everything is old, towels are dingy, really bad quality for marriot, needs a full Reno and update

Everything about the property is rundown, worn out, cheesy. My room had a heating system that sounded like a car engine and holes in the wall. Several days after I checked out was an additional $20 charge on my credit card without explanation. Take away that one star that I gave them if you don’t like having rooms right next to a parking area for corporate jets and small airplanes revving outside your window.

The staff is friendly but the tv didn’t work on all channels and wasn’t fixed over the 6 days stay. The breakfast promised was unavailable in its entirety for the hours promised- example the staff is allowed to put out only 10 bagels a day no matter home many guests are there. So get there at 6 am or forget bagels. Other items were available including juices, coffee, tea, eggs and bacon. Hot water is not available for enough time to wash hair and condition, it get cold. Maybe it’s in a timer.

Our stay for one night was good except that the heaters were VERY loud. We had to just turn them off despite it being 15 degrees out bc we couldn't sleep, as they kept turning on and off. Breakfast was good with several options for our family.

Hotel is located close to many restaurants and lots of great shopping. The staff were very kind and professional. The property was a little dated and needed an updated mattress in the sofa bed, fresh pillows that don’t flatten, and a newer bathroom. But breakfast was okay and overall, our stay was fine. I don’t think it was worth what we paid, but we needed to suite. If I had another choice, I would not stay here again despite the great staff.

Good location, good amenities in the area very convenient. Some of the hotel rooms have a strange smell. I had to change rooms. Overall the hotel looks dingy and tired and not well kept. The bedding was the only good thing.

Happy with this hotel for an extended stay.
My stay was fine, the room comfortable and well arranged. My only criticism is that the finishes are a bit worn. Small tears and frays in the draperies, paint damage and worn on bathroom cabinets, older finishes overall. Time to refresh!

Room was filthy. Desk folks didn’t care. Someone came in to clean, took pictures. Did not apologize. A ‘coupon’ for breakfast was offered, when breakfast was ALREADY INCLUDED. Bedside lamps flickered, no offer to fix or attend to.

If you’re expecting a Marriott you will be greatly disappointed. This property is filthy and unkept. Our front door didn’t close, there was pee on the pull out bed, there were dead bigs on the sills, there was something running down the kitchen walls, we had no soap… and this was just our room. The whole property needed cleaning and maintenance. We went down for breakfast at 9 am and there was nothing there. When we asked the receptionist she just said thank you but did nothing about it. It was definitely not Marriott standards by any means and for what they charge for a room cleanliness shouldn’t even be a question.

The first room I arrived in looked dirty and the TV didnt work either. The next room I was moved to had an ant problem and the maid left the acid cleaning solution on the bathroom counter with what looked like some of the spray on our toothbrushes,etc. At random one day the fire alarm went off through the entire place with blaring sirens. Breakfast was decent but i woukdnt stay there ever again unless they provided some kind of voucher.

Way over priced
Toilet ran most of the time. Stained couch, kinda smelled like urine in the stairway. Water pressure in shower was non existent and the water was always Luke warm.
Overall, I would not stay here again with my family as it is way over priced and was a last resort option.
Also the dishwasher only opened 3/4 of the way and the curtains wouldn’t close all the way or weren’t big enough to actually cover the window.

My trip to New York was a last minute unexpected one. My father and I were exhausted after a very long day, driving all night from Canada and then spending the day visiting my uncle who was admitted to the hospital. We were tired to say the least. From the time I checked in until midnight there was a dog constantly barking. It was annoying, at first, but I did not think it was a big deal because it was still early (about 8 pm) and we were not yet going to sleep. I mentioned the barking to front desk 3 times. The barking continued for 4 hours straight. I was later told it is a service dog. Unbelievable. Around 11:30 pm I asked for another room and was told the hotel was fully booked for the night. I requested another room for the next night, if the dog is staying, as well. The front desk attendant said that should not be a problem but I was afraid my father and I would not be able to sleep that night. Around midnight the front desk attendant called and said a room became available. I packed my father's items and wheeled him down the hall. The move was much quieter but what an awful night.

Hotel was in a great location close to many dining options and many things to do like adventureland and the movies i love the niceness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and the hallways smelled nice too.

The area was quiet and parking easy. The beds were not great lumpy and blankets stained. The bath tub had hair in it. I had to buy my own products to clean the tub and the couch had white stains on it, not sure what took place and never wiped after us. I had to spray and sanitize the area on the couch. The tables could have been changed especially when engraved on the table N ->
