Convenient location, close to a lot of shopping. It was quiet and clean. The breakfast they offer is very limited. But other than that, it was a decent stay for the price.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was semiclean. The downside was the traffic noise and the fact that the loudest truck was parked right outside our window. Are room was next to the workout area and someone likes to workout at 6am with "Eye of the Tiger" playing loudly.

The staff were great professional & helpful. The bed mattress was bumpy & squeaky. The office chair had the covering peeling off which was not very sanitary. This office chair should not of been in service.

Bad hotel.
Very disappointed. TV not working, clothes from previous guest on floor. WIFI not working. Shower very slow. Towels very rough. More like a one or two star hotel.

Nothing fancy about this motel, but was clean and no bugs. Breakfast was the same eggs, sausage, and waffle every morning...only thing hot was the coffee, but Waffle House next door for a hot breakfast at a price. Rooms are old with worn out receptacles to plug in cords, and a lack of table or counter space to set anything.

My stay here at the Best Western was definitely a home away from home experience. The front clerks rather it was morning, noon, or night was always very pleasant. The atmosphere was very warning and attracted only friendly people from around the world. I made my reservations 1 week ahead of time and when I went to my room it was everything I hoped for. Everything was very clean and very pleasant.
