Hotel was new. Cabinet door fell when opened. Indoor pool water was really cold. Kids couldn't enjoy it because it was too cold. We went up the street where other family were staying and played in the outdoor pool at their hotel.

This was a good experience. The staff, room, and breakfast were all very good. The only negative item was the indoor pool. The heating was not functioning so the water was very cold. We purchased swim suits just for this occasion so we were disappointed. However, we would stay there again.

Hotel appearance and front desk agent were great. Continental breakfast choices were great. The room was a great dissatisfaction. The bed appeared to be unclean and the restroom floor and mirrors were full of someone else's hair and breath mints in the bedroom floor.

Good Hotel...

Good Hotel...but there never seemed to be anyone working at the front desk. Walked by multiple times and there wasn't anyone there. No big deal just seemed weird? Tried to use the business center and it was closed; when I did track down a front desk associate they were unable to print out a document that I needed - Kind of annoying.
