“Best in class in Loreto”

This is a new hotel, and has all the advantages of being new. It is located relatively near Route 1, near the best gas station, and can be found with a bit of exploring on Google Earth. We've stayed at three other hotels in Loreto, and this is the best so far. There are older not-air conditioned hotels in the center of town with are old Mexican. This is now our preferred stopover hotel for our annual drives to Cabo San Lucas.

“great location to take a break”

loved the location and the people. The location was centrally located, easy to walk to town. Loved the pool and the people working in the hotel. Would definitely come again.

“Best choice to stay in Loreto.”

Stayed in a studio room. Spotlessly clean, good security, shower and toilet worked well (appeared to be relatively new), TV worked well with a good selection of channels. Courtyard with plants and pool was very attractive, though it was too cold to use the pool. We were there in January, 2013--the off season--so it was not crowded and the rates were quite reasonable. The Santa Fe will be my first choice the next time I'm in Loreto. The attached restaurant/convenience store had good food, but the atmosphere was a little odd--sort of like eating in a 7-11.

“Good family hotel”

Good experience overall!!! It was kind of uncomfortable when the hotel manager started to go off on employees in front of guest....

“Peaceful and clean hotel.”

The hotel room was large and clean. The addition of a fridge, microwave and dishes made it very easy to stay there. The courtyard is beautiful, peaceful and impressive. The bed was full size and not a Queen and was much more firm than I like and that affected the quality of my sleep. Overall I would definitely go there again.

“spotlessly clean and well maintained”

The hotel was one year old and well maintained and exceptionally clean. Our room was large and had a kitchen in it. The staff were very friendly but for us it was a little too out of town (only about 10 mins walk to the centre). The restaurant also had an expensive, small supermarket attached to it which spoiled the dining area. The pool was very small, ok for children but no good for adults.

“Very dissapointing”

This is not a 4star hotel, it is an adequate budget class facility. The Villa groups time share salesmen accost you at the airport and try to pressure you into a presentation via exorbitant taxi fees. The Concierege is in fact a high pressure salesman for their in house travel agency. The front desk staff try to be helpful but are not allowed to be. The result is I was charged an outrageous fee for a collect call I had to make to my bank. Management would not allow staff to reverse this charge. I will not patronize another Villa group property and am very disappointed in Expedia for presenting this as a quality hotel.
