Stayed here 2 times on a trip. Ac didn’t work properly and was on or off. Would run continuously until your freezing. One of the bathroom faucets was completely broken off and countertop cracked. Someone “repaired “ iT with a tube of silicone. Lol. Snack bar staff were severely lacking. 1 hour to get 10 chicken wings. Beautiful property and location. Would stay again but not perfect.

The price was really good. Snorkeling, beach and swimming was great. Recommend getting ocean view with balcony. Great small pool. There was a fridge which we did not have elsewhere. Downside was there was no inside dining for lunch or dinner when it was windy. Nothing to do in evening. No transportation to real Loreto except taxis which were expensive. There Are lots of restaurants on strip within walking distance. Restaurant prices higher then expected.

The standard room didn’t have a window that opened. Stuffy except for AC. The hot tub was cold and also the pool. The “Sports Bar” was never open.

This property sits on about 100 acres with beach access and a lovely golf course with unbelievable views. Large rooms and huge grounds. We watched pelicans and diving birds fish in front of us on a half mile beach with about 12 other people. It’s amazing value.

You can tell this Hotel is dated. It could definitely use some upgrading and the service was fair at best. We didn't receive any wash towel other than two large towels and one more large towel during our stay. We never received the TV and the A/C heater remotes even after I went down to request them.

This is a pretty property in a beaitiful setting. They really need to have someone available to help giests with their luggage and show you where ypur room is located - I was carrying a 50L backpack and the front desk told me to go in the opposite direction of where my room actually was. My room was also missing a tv and ac/heat remote.

We paid for room including breakfast all week, very limited to what you could get and for three days it was Buffett and the Buffett did not include anything we could eat except egg and toast. Also hardly any English speaking employees at the resort even the front desk. Difficult to communicate.

My room was right on the ocean so I could see and hear the waves coming in, so pretty. The food staff are absolutely awful. One waiter actually rolled his eyes at me and sigh when I asked for a drink. Another waiter once we entered the restaurant we asked for a menu, the waiter said one moment and proceeded to finish setting up all of the tables before getting our drinks, really? I still waiting to get my refund from the hotel for having money on my room account. There are so many more negative occurrences with the waitstaff that I would be writing a book. So, if you want an ocean view and access to the beach and cabanas then this is your hotel. If you are looking for great service, then this is not your hotel.

This property has been neglected. The landscaping is not maintained. The pools were not clean. When asked about use of the small gym, the staff at front desk said that it was not clean and the lights didn’t work. The rooms are outdated but comfortable and clean. That being said, the staff were friendly and I felt safe as a solo Traveler. The price was also decent.

The hotel has a beautiful private beach with calm and crystal clear water. It has security guards checking cars going in and out, so it’s pretty safe. The staff are very friendly.

The location is the best … beautiful front beach… close to the airport, near town also … none the less is convenient or necessary to rent a car to move around … we had previously considered that. The facilities and architecture is beautiful. Dinning options at the hotel are not good but we prefer going around to try different places for sinning. The swimming pool is not the best if you’re a swimmer … but the front beach is great to get into the water

This property has a lot to offer, the room rental has a 1 hour kayak included NOT SURE though if you for example stay for 3 days it means that you get 1 hour each day. The hotel does have a tour office on site that provides a lot of attractions, the cabanas, palapas seem like they are on a first come first serve and this may be because we visited in Dec not a lot of people. The room was very spacious the bathroom was a decent size as well, the balcony overlooks the beach, pool, the whole yard. The room was clean, lots of space for your belongings, great for kids, family, or just you and your partner. I would really recommend this hotel this hotel gives you the feeling that it has everything for you and your family to do, that there is no need to leave the premises. I highly recommend it.

We visited during the slow season and it would have been helpful to know that portions of the property would not be open. Understandable to close portions during slow times but a notice prior would have eased disappointment of bars/restaurant on site were closed. Location is fabulous and restaurants in area are not to be missed. We would visit again.

The hotel location and amenities were slightly above average but it was winter and the hotel room had no heat so it was very cold. Happily the Nopolo area has some great restaurants because the food at the hotel was not good the one time I ate there.

This place is advertised as Resort but it's more like a ghost town, i rented 5 nights there to spend NYE, end up leaving the very next morning, the place is dark outdated, dirty, smells.

Too far from town no shuttle 350 pesos each way. Nothing to do no entertainment limited English food was awful. Place was pretty well empty. No repeat costumers. Defiantly not us. Pool and hot tub were very dirty. Showers were cold. Golf available nice grounds and beach. Wanted 30 pesos for water in room.

The employees mostly all staff was rude. Didn’t say good morning, (I did). No smiles. Not welcoming. It’s as if they work there only cause they have to. The room has a great location Blankets were old and itchy Shower ? No hot water. Barely lukewarm Jacuzzi outside was not working properly. It has a water hose running across it. I payed for breakfast but when I asked what it included, they omitted many of the items it included. I felt that they really didn’t want to have to work extra and bring it. Hotel has 1 hour of kayaking free everyday after you pay for national park fee $10. But they failed to mention the daily free use. I only found out when I turned in my paddles to security. Tour office omitted that. That was my last day. So I missed out on fun for the first two days. I had an accident in room and broke the lamp, and I know I have to pay for that so I didn’t mind. But when they told me I had to pay $165 I was so upset. Had the service been better, I probably would have just payed but think it was a bit pricey, but i would tell myself, ok. Great hotel. Great staff!! But no…. Three employees came thru to make it better. Jorge, Christopher and best of all Alvaro. Lobby girls were nice. I think that this hotel is not good. The perks they mention are not worth what I paid. If they had mentioned that I was entitled to other ammenities, then maybe it would make up for a little bit of the other issues. I will not be returning. Ever

In part I understand that the hotel was to your liking and we can understand your discomfort with the different scenarios you experienced at the hotel, especially the charge for the lamp, I hope you will consider us in the future and continue to visit us.
