We had a phenomenal time at the Fantasia on holiday with our 9-month old. The facilities were excellent, the food superb, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful and the room and hotel itself were wonderful. The hotel was very accessible for a family travelling with a baby. An increible experience on our first holiday as a family.

This is a lovely hotel in a very nice place. The only downside is the large number of steps to access the beach and boardwalk- it may not suit senior citizens, it was a bit of a struggle for my eighty year old father. We bought some really nice local wine, but the hotel would not let us drink it anywhere except our room, even when we offered to pay a corkage fee.

Nice hotel with a great sea view, close to Puerto De La Cruz historical center, nice staff, good food. Good place to relax. A few more deckchairs by the pool and a few more parking spaces would be welcome

Very beautiful hotel and garden. Excellent service and food. I had pain in soles of the feet but became much better with reflexology at the spa. Without asking I got a free upgrade to an ambassador suite and a bottle of very good red wine.
