The first night it was great, however the second night it was rather loud but the hotel was as supportive as they could be with the cancellation. They said they would put me in a better room next time. Might give them another chance

They would not give me a first floor room even though I'm handicapped. If it hadn't been for my cousin who helped me up the stairs, I would've never made it. The room was freezing and the heater broke after the first 30 min. After several attempts calling the front desk to get it fixed, I finally got mad and called my cousin to pick me up. The attendant had offered me another room also on the second floor in another building. At the last minuet he offered a first floor room which he should have done to begin with! I checked out.
