We enjoyed our weekend stay. All staff we encountered were very accommodating and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and were grateful for the attentive breakfast hostesses that made sure everything was clean and well stocked. The breakfast itself was pretty impressive with the options of omelette and sausage, cereal bar, yogurt dispenser/bar, juice dispenser and self serve waffle station.

I liked the pleasant welcoming people working at this hotel. Housekeeping does a great job also. I have never had issues in this area, but the police sirens and helicopters are busy at night.

The staff were very friendly. My only complaints are that the noise from the street was very loud (maybe because the location of our room) and there were no room darkening drapes, only windows shutters. (That might have helped with some of the noise issue?)

We had 3 rooms and they were comfortable and clean. All of the rooms have been updated, but stopped short of updating the windows or window coverings. The noise from the busy street was with us all night. On the positive side, very easy parking, friendly staff and breakfast included.

Nice hotel, nice breakfast, restaurants nearby. Had an issue at check-in with three of my credit cards, the credit card terminal was not working properly, receptionist should had explain the problem, I called my banks and found out it was not my cards.

From my experience this hotel is the best one in the area. I work out of town for the past year, I stayed in these hotel for the past year and keep staying for many more years.

This is a great property but unfortunately in an area that just didn’t feel safe. The manager, employees, and parking lot were great and secure. Super friendly and we only had to stay one night, not the hotels fault that they are some undesirable people near their location.

The hotel was was clean and the staff were friendly. The location isn’t the best. But we had no problems. Parking was good too. There is a Japanese restaurant- Chiba and a donut shop about two blocks away that are very good.

We Love Best Western Hotels in California. Breakfast is always a plus but as far on how the room looked, this hotel had it super clean. We loved it! The neighborhood looked kinda rough but didn’t feel unsafe at all.

The hotel itself is fine. Staff was friendly & helpful, breakfast was fine, and the lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. The area around it is not the best, with homeless people right outside, but that's LA in general these days. Not the hotel's fault.

The place was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was decent. Laura and the other lady kept the place clean, esp the tables. And they made sure there was enough food out there.

We’ve stayed here before and liked the amenities. However, breakfast line was too long, especially for the waffles. It would be great if there were two or three waffle makers to speed up the wait time.

Hotel was decent. Few gripes was that the bathroom door did not lock, shower handle was locked so we could not turn water hotter and there was an odor of mildew in the room. Area is absolutely terrible but that is not the hotel's fault.

The hotel itself was located in an area that that I did not feel too safe. Overall, the stay was ok although when I would go into the restroom I got the smell of humidity as if some wet clothes or things were in the restroom although the shower yet had not been used. The housekeeping staff was nice and cordial till our last day there when I felt I was being rushed out because the lady went into the room on 2 different occasions although we were already heading out with our luggage and which required multiple trips downstairs to the vehicle.
