The hotel has great location, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. However it is extremely noisey. I didnt get much sleep due to traffic.

Location and value for your money!

Great place to stay! Conveniently located, we only had to walk 10 minutes to get to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, TCL Chinese Theatre among other attractions. For anyone wanting to explore LA in a different way plus see amazing views of the city Runyon Canyon is close by. We walked and it took an hour approx. from the top. A drive would be 15 mins or less. Universal Studios was a $20 taxi in peak traffic. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great too!

Our stay in Hollywood!

I went to Hollywood with two friends and had a great time! This was our first visit. We loved the hotel because we could walk to downtown! I want to come back sometime. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting!

Close to the Hollywood Bowl

Posted Sep 20, 2014
Within walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl, less than a quarter mile and didn't have to cross the street. Very happy with the front desk staff. Overall, great hotel for the price and convenience.

Can't beat location.

Can't beat this hotel"s proximity to the Hollywoid Bowl. It was a short and pleasant walk to the venue. Clean, but basic rooms, higher priced than comparable rooms. We paid for the convenience. Living an hour away, we could have gone home instead of spending night in town. It was just a silly but fun thing to do and we used the next day to check out a museum in LA.

Stay here but eat somewhere else!

Our stay at the hotel was just fine. The bed was comfortable and the pool area was very nice, although we could not utilize it, because the pool and spa closed at 9pm. Our only major disappointment was the "Spice Cafe" which was connected to our hotel through the lobby. It was perhaps the worst breakfast I have ever eaten. Seriously. My daughter ordered the french toast which was awful. I didn't even know french toast could be bad. None of us enjoyed our food at all. The coffee was also terrible. There was one server and we had a hard time getting anything much from him even though he wasn't even busy. There is a donut shop a half block away. If you are in a hurry to find something, do yourself a favor and go there.
