Best Western Plus Avita Suites

Nice area, mall is just few blocks away, house keeping was excellent, room was clean, and breakfast was good.

My family and I had a great say. The room was perfect. I will be going back.

My friends and I were at this hotel and we loved it. Mind you, we're teenagers (19-20). It was an incredible room; it was clean and tidy. We loved it there and will return whenever we go down there!

Check in this hotel for a running event that is close to the start line. This hotel is convenient as it is close to many shops, restaurants and Pier 39. The valet staff was also nice and friendly. They do have i think self parking as well, but not sure if it was free. Considering price I paid for this hotel compared to hotels around this area, it's pretty good plus the wifi is complimentary. It was comfy and quiet, except on my race day, I was awaken by some hammering like sound coming from my window (not sure if there was some odd construction going on super early on a Sunday) but not too loud that it was bothersome.

The hotel appeared to be recently renovated. It was very clean and provided many nice amenities. While well furnished, our room was quite small and cramped. On the up side, the hotel was well insulated, so outside sounds did not intrude. Location was good for shopping and dining.

Very nice clean lobby, room and breakfast was good.

Nice room, nice staff. We didn't like the 11:30am check out. They charge $15 each hour that u stay passed the check out time.

Cleanliness of room

The place was very comfortable! I booked this room for an overnight getaway with my girl....I loved it! My only complaints would be that there were no utencils or dishes provided in the room (which I thought made no sense with the cabinets, drawers and sink provided in the kitchenette). The bed was very comfortable...sheets were clean and didn't have that "hotel" smell. The room had Directv which was a total plus! I would def stay here again!

This was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. It's close enough to the beach - a short drive - and to both the 405 and 110. The only suggestion I offer is that if you advertise a kitchenette, as this hotel does, there should be a basic selection of utensils and plates, etc. to use. The frig. and microwave are somewhat useless without them.
