We checked in late at night and the gentleman at the desk 4/15/24 at 11pm was very rude and racist by clearly expressing different treatment towards us and his current customers plus took approximately 15min to check in

Good sized rooms. Clean and well maintained. Handy location for freeway and very good base for LA visit ( Hollywood, Universal, Venice, Mulholland etc). Plenty of parking. This was our 2nd visit and we will use again when next in LA area. Dining limited as only option is Denny's. No other restaurants within walking distance but plenty if you are willing to drive a short distance. I would recommend this hotel.

very clean, plenty of parking, rooms were cleaned every day we were there, loved the 2 separate sinks in the bathroom, nice big towels. area was nice, they had a Denny's next door for breakfast, which made it convenient for us. Staff was extremely attentive, pool area looked nice but it was to cold so we didnt get to use, a separate jacuzzi which we also didn't use because it rained. but overall this hotel is one of the nice ones. will most def come back....

This was a great location close to everything. The breakfast was very poor, not great options. The only other thing that was not desirable was the odor in the building...kind of like an old musty smell.

Was a very clean hotel with very friendly staff! The only thing I really missed was a continental breakfast. It was nice to have an access to a dennys, but considering most Bestwesterns offer a free breakfast, and we had to pay nightly to park, it would have made the stay even better. At least stocking up the fancy coffee machine in the lobby with milk so we could make lattes would’ve been nice. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

There was nothing unique about the property. What I did not like the most was the stiff beds and pillows were too small. I stayed for four nights and every night I woke up with a back and neck pain.

There is a fire station right down the street. If they go out on a call with horns and sirens you will jump out of your skin. Also they charge you an extra $12 to park your car even though there are plenty of parking spaces just to squeeze a little more money out of you. And no breakfast with the room. The room was nice but I would not stay there again.

We've stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed it every time but this time we had a weird issue that no one could help with. When looking at the tv, a special code was needed to view over half of the tv channels. The front desk didn't know what to do nor did the maintenance man. We ended up googling what to do (enter 4 zeros) and were able to see the channels with the lock. Very bizarre and frustrating that no one could help.

The front desk person was very nice and helpful. For the price, it’s not terrible. I did have a pet friendly room, which I paid extra for, however the entire room smelled like pee which was unfortunate. I was also placed at the end of the building by the freeway so it was so noisy even my sound machine didn’t drown it out, I’m not sure how the other rooms are.
