“Pleasantly Surprised”

Best deal for haughty taughty Holllyhoooood area. Bang for buck and close to everything. Enjoyed my stay and actually booked for another stay next month!

“Charged for parking !!!!!”

Room was clean and staff nice. I don't think they should charge a service charge of $5 or the $15 parking charge. Overall the room was nice and clean.

“Rude, Noise, No Parking, Pass on this Hotel”

Great hotel if you like people slaming doors at all times at night, talking loud on cell phones outside your door and window (outside doors), reserving a king bed and getting 2 twins, parking (extra $15.00) if you arrive early but none if you go out for the evening.

“Great place to stay in LA”

First of all parking is not free if you do it yourself..it's $15 a day period valet or otherwise. They changed policy the week before we got there around 3/15/11. Worth every penny. Beds are comfy and as close as is it to the 101 no traffic noise - I was amazed. Important to note our room was in the back not facing Franklin. Room was big. Ipod plugged into the alarm clock. Free wi fi. Yummy gourmet store and grocery in walking distance. Diner downstairs is find but nothing spectacular. Really the best reasonalbly priced hotel/motel I've ever stayed in.

“Best Western Hollywood”

Hotel was undergoing renovation at time of stay which I think is good because the hotel did need a facelift. Will look very modern once complete. Rooms had been renovated. Bathroom extremely nice. Comfortable pillow top beds. Parking attendants are terrific - both morning and night, very helpful!!! Pool was crystal clear.

“We loved it!”

We loved this place! The location was perfect for our evening, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel room and amenities were pefect for our liking. Hotel was clean and well appointed for the price. The diner attached to the hotel was the bomb; food was really good, price was very reasonable and the service was great!! All around it was a perfect stay!

“Ehhhhhh wouldn't stay again”

I've been very happy with some recent stays at other Best Western hotels, but this hotel fell short of my expectations. Due to a remodel, there was only a small sign for the hotel and it was difficult to find. Once arriving, there was no one at the front desk. The room was tiny, but did have nice furnishings including a flat screen tv. The hotel wasn't horrible, it just wasn't great.

“Good Hotel for the price.”

I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was huge and nice. Rooms were recently remodeled. Wifi access was easy to connect to. The parking garage was very bad. Too small of an area to park cars. Not enough parking spaces. Too many people walking around the parking garage. Was nervous to leave my car parked at night time. I never saw any security on the property which made me nervous because there were only three females in our party. Valet charged to park your car when the information in their ad said that parking was free. I parked my own car so I wouldn't have to pay for valet.
