“Our Stay was excellent!”

The location was perfect for our needs. the room was neat and spacious, and the staff cleaned it thoroughly every day. I was particularly impressed with "Jason" at the Front Desk....he was very professional, courteous, and very helpful and attentive to our needs! We would definitely go back!

“Definitely coming back !!!!”

Checked in around midnight and the hotel clerk was very courteous and helpful....customer service is fantastic.....helped us get around the city and made our visit enjoyable

“nice place!”

I had a queen suite and it was amazing for the low price. I was very impressed. It doesn't look like a nice place from the street but it was a nice place!

“Not impressed.”

The staff was very nice, the room smelled musty. The people staying next door would constantly slam their doors, so the vibrations would annoy us.

“Moderately priced hotel in the expensive area”

I attended a conference in Marina Del Rey, and this hotel was the only one reasonably priced in that area. The hotel is nice, a good free breakfast, and a very friendly staff.

“Good swimming”

We went to LA end of September. But we had a nice sunshine and swam at good pool in this hotel. We really enjoyed at this hotel.

Area recommendations
Santa Monica. Because the view is great.
Shopping
There is Japanese market "Mitsuwa" near this hotel. We could eat Japanese foods at food court in this market.

“It's an OK hotel”

Other people were making so much noise when we were there, I wasn't impressed with breakfast in fact we went out and paid for our own. Location is good. Wifi is free so thats a plus. At the end you get what you paid for. I'll recommend if you want an ok hotel just for sleeping at nights and for internet.

“Would recommend!”

I'm only 21 and have barely started to travel so for a beginner I was pretty impressed to be honest! You get free breakfast, which honestly was delicious but always overcrowded! You get free wifi, but you have to log on every single time you wanted to use it which took what felt like 5 minutes each time (bummer). The room itself was clean and comfortable, but when we arrived the pool was out of service (another bummer)! The hotel is a mile from the beach which was not a problem for me, just a quick walk and I'm there! And there are so many yummy restaurants surrounding the hotel all within walking distance! Overall I liked it and would recommend it to everyone I know heading out to Venice beach!

“Good value for the area”

We liked having the option of a queen suite since we were staying for a week, so that my teenage daughter could have some privacy and watch the shows she wanted in the evening, and then everyone could go to sleep when they wanted. This hotel was close enough to Venice Beach and Santa Monica to be able to enjoy those areas without paying the higher prices nearer the beach. We also liked the fact that Starline Tours included this hotel as a pick up spot so we didn't have to drive into LA ourselves. It was also nice being able to rent bikes at the hotel, but the bike seats were not so comfortable! Breakfast buffet seating area was a bit overcrowded most of the time. The week we were there, the hot tub was out of service all week. :(
