Break in travel
We were traveling with our autistic grandson and needed to break our travel to allow for him to rest from all the input of traveling. The hotel was clean but more importantly quiet. It was quiet enough for him to be comfortable taking a swim in the pool as there was not a bunch of other children screaming and splashing.

Hotel moved
the hotel best western close and sold Holiday inn the room so the rooms at Holiday inn very nice but know one told me that we are going to another hotel.

Holiday Inn - NOT Best Western
We actually stayed at the Holiday Inn next door to what was the Best Western, which is being renovated. I didn't know that we were going to be shunted to the Holiday Inn. If I was told, I missed it. Otherwise, all was good at the Holiday Inn.

It looked like a building site. In fact it was a building site. The best western was being demolished. Thanks for letting us know. Luckily the Holiday Inn Express next door had come to an arrangement with BW to accommodate bookings. Expedia eye was definitely off the ball on this occasion

What A JOKE!
The hotel closed in the middle of our stay. CLOSED??? They moved us next door to a Holiday Inn, but we couldn't check in for 6 hours - WTH????

Hotel was very nice and the front desk person was wonderful. Clean and what you hope for in a hotel. Kind of shady area, at least when we got there. Police had cordoned off the street about a mile down and saw someone looking in cars in parking lot with a flashlight. So beware of leaving anything valuable in your car (which pretty much applies everywhere though) I told the front desk person and she acted promptly getting the police involved. Was impressed she took it seriously and acted to ensure the safety of the cars in the lot. I really only saw it in the dark but would stay there again.

Ceilings are fabulous..oh and the Inn is great too
Very Charming room if you stay on the second floor. Getting there is a little bit of a challenge with luggage and stairs, but it was worth the trip up. Great morning breakfast. Rooms felt clean and beds were okay. Recently remolded and the outside buildings look nice and are freshly painted. Love the colors!

Our room was not serviced on one of our two days stay. Was told they were understaffed. Other than that, no complaints. Clean, quiet, easy access to highway and various attractions.

Beds are hard and squeeky every time you roll over. Hot tub doesn’t bubble and was filthy! Pool was filthy as well.

Nice hotel close to Magic Mountain.
great stay only two small problems first the rooms have very thin walls. But they seem to know about the problem because they have ear plugs setting on the night stand. Second the hot tub was very dirty. The heated pool was very nice. Would stay here again.

Hotel is close to Six flags magic mountain
It was pleasant and close to an amusement park. It is in the suburbs so be wary of the lack of transit.

Bought a king, but no king...
Ok for what you pay. Apparently, "buying" a king bed has no effect on what you actually get. Hot water on the second floor took a while to heat up in the morning. Pillows were too big for me.

Lots of roaches and staff doesn't seem to care. Carpet so dirty your feet turn black and the manager doesn't care.

Nice Motel close to 6 flags Magic Mountain
The motel was built in the 1960s but the rooms are nice. My room had hardwood floors and the bathroom was modern and nice. It had a good breakfast included. I would only suggest that it change once in a while. It is exactly the same every day.

Refund request. No hot water.
we would actually like a refund, unfortunately, the hot water did not work in the hotel. It was a nightmare checking into the hotel, then to find out, after a long day, there was no hot water. We were then sent to another room to use their shower, to find out that once the third person got into the shower, there was no hot water again.

Really enjoyed a short (2 nights) stay at this hotel. It's location so close to Disney, the large and comfortable room, the willingness of the receptionist to help meet our needs and the breakfast all together with a convenient price made our stay a very good one. If I could take the room and the breakfast with me to our next destination, I would.

While the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was less than I would have expected from a Best Western. Carpet was pretty dirty and room was quite noisy. Way too close to the I-5. I did appreciate the earplugs!

We stayed only for one night. It is really close to six flags. The only thing that could be improved is the tub driped water all night. The pool was full of flowers from the trees. The pool water was warm. That was nice. The hotel had a lot of construction happening and it is really close to the freeway. Over all it's ok.

Quick overnight stay after a day at Magic Monutain
This was a really good property for an overnight stay at magic mountain. It is literally 3 minutes from the park.The service was very friendly which is big for me. The orice was a little more than i would’ve paid for the property itself but it was really close to the park and their free breakfast was more than just fruit and danish. They had make your own waffles and pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, various cereals, fruit, bread to toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and more. Also the complimentary coffee, hot tea, and cocoa is 24 hours... it was just too cold to go to the lobby at night to take advantage of. I would stay here again for a nice clean, friendly place for a night. The only downfall was they only gave us one shampoo... no conditioner or body soap. Good thing i brought enough for all of us.

Great location, room average.
Great location near 6 Flags. We just stopped in for the night on a drive home from out of town & it was one of the only hotels that got my family of 5. The room itself appeared clean, however the bedding was paper thin and the sheets didn’t appear to be the cleanest. The shower temperature did not stay consistent and would give shots of ice water followed by shots of hot water. They did have breakfast, but we did not take advantage due to leaving earlier than it was served. Overall it’s a great location for those going to Magic Mountain.

Never again!
The front desk service was friendly. Upon walking to the room, the surrounding area was dirty with trash and cigarette butts. My room was next to the trash bins which were over flowing with trash. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room but was told the hotel was booked full. The rooms are old and need to be upgraded. The hotel staff did start to clean up the place the next day.

It’s nothing more than a typical motel. They upload pictures to make it seem otherwise. They should not be charging $150 for this place. No parking spots were available. Some bigger cars were taking up two spaces. Office did not care, they said to go park my car at the restaurant outside. Room was very worn out in every way imaginable.

5 of 7 days were missing essentials in room, no towels, facecloths, toilet paper, kleenix, cups. requested facecloths and was told they would bring them. never showed up. Had little or no hot water in sink. Could only take one shower. Second person had no hot water. Some really sketchy people in lobby in the morning. Won't stay here again.
