This is my second time staying here. The lobby is beautiful and the g is perfect for a short stay. The living rooms in the suites need renovation. The breakfast nook also needs some updating

Luxury and comfort

The Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel and Spa is convenient to Beverly Hills and Bel Air, and very close to UCLA. The rooms (suites) were extremely large, with a great bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The pool is heated to 88 degrees, and the poolside furniture, towels, etc. are lavish. The staff is cordial, helpful, extremely pleasant. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The hotel was superb, in the heart of Beverly Hills but inside was a gorgeous calming environment. We loved our stay there and will definitely stay there next time we Go to LA

Pros: Excellent staff at every level
Location: Close to Beverly Hills.
From the moment we arrived until we left we found the staff extremely gracious and helpful. The hotel has real charm and the pool area is very relaxing. We would certainly stay here again when in LA

Bad first impression

Posted Apr 3, 2014
Pros: Location is great
Cons: Treat you guests with more respect from upper management
Location: I was there for treatment at UCLA which is only about a mile, also walking distance to Rodeo Drive and Century City Plaza, also beautiful neghborhoods
Had a bad experience with lady hotel manager. We had an incident with my car when it was being unloaded by the valet attendant Something on the spoiler broke and when asking for some assistance from the lady manager she immediately was defensive and condescending and commented that the car was old ( 2004 G-35 with only 50,000 miles and in excellent condition)) and that it must of broken before or in poor condition and refused any responsibility. I insisted on a report to be filed and a follow up with the General manger which I never got.

Pros: The European Style, I love it!
Cons: Well the room we got, it was kind a dark, I think little bet light, will be perfect!
Location: We didn't have much time to explore around, because we went to atend doctors appointments, but it is a lot a things to do!
My experience was pleasing, and I love the area where the hotel is located. I will love to go back and stay little longer!

Bed size

Pros: The European atmosphere.
Cons: Lower prices of offerings in the room.
The bed was not a queen as quoted. More like a twin.

Style and Comfort

We had king suite on the ground level. Room was very larger and comfortable. Pool is great as no one was swimming just enjoying the sun and drinks. Can't wait to go back. Close to LA Country Club and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping.
